Location is fantastic- the sidewalk next to it gives easy access to the beach. The empty lot behind it gives it a bit of a private feel. The hot tub was great, the pool and pool area were a great hang out spot. The kitchen was well stocked. There are numerous small maintenance issues that could easily be fixed that would good- the outdoor shower head fell off, toilet paper holders were loose, decks badly need a facelift (nail heads rusting, etc) and some windows have some visible water damage.Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend it.

Great stay!

The house was very clean and had lots of room for our whole family. All of decks, pool and hot tub + outdoor shower were wonderful. We had a great stay!

With its 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, good sized pool, warm hot tub, lots of hanging out space, and proximity to the beach, "Aye Corolla" was just right for our small family gathering. The 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were a big help, and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils so preparing meals was pretty easy for this crowd. There was one large casserole pan, but I would have liked a couple 9x12 lasagna pans. If you drink tea, bring a tea pot with you.There were 2 gas grills, one of which worked better than the other. Good for burgers, chicken, etc. There was a grill brush, a large spatula, and large tongs for the grill.The pool was perfect for those who preferred it to the beach, and for our one little guy who could paddle around for hours!The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. Bring a small wagon with you unless you want to carry (or drive) everything back and forth. A small tent or umbrella is a good idea in the hot July and August sun!All in all, this house and its amenities worked very well for us. Hard to come back home!

There was mold on the windows and wall, the hot tub guy that came to clean it was extremely rude! Location was great, quiet neighborhood beautiful views!

Everything you want in a vacation house

Beautiful house with many bedrooms and bathrooms! Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Comfortable clean furniture! Easy walk to the beach! So convenient! Great pool at the house. Hot tub so nice! Huge washer and dryer! Very useful! We would definitely come back!

Our large group had a wonderful time at Aye Corolla. It was a perfect set up for our four families. Spacious, with separate areas for privacy. We will be back.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home worked well for our group of three families. The location was convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. One thing to note is that the home is not quite the 550-foot walk to the beach as advertised in the listing title. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but the description is a bit misleading.The pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers were fantastic and were easily the highlight of our stay. Our kids loved spending time outside, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The biggest disappointment was that the home was missing several basic amenities we've come to expect in vacation rentals. Not all bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen, and there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or dish towels in the kitchen. We weren't prepared for this and had to make an extra trip to the store.There were also a few maintenance issues. The third-floor ice maker broke early in our stay. Maintenance came out promptly, but it only worked for one day before breaking again, so we relied on the first-floor ice maker for the rest of the week. We also discovered the garbage disposal was unplugged with no explanation and were only notified the day before checkout that someone would be coming to repair it.Overall, it's a nice house with great outdoor amenities, but we'd expect the basic essentials and maintenance issues resolved before.

Aye Corolla is a great house for a big family! We enjoyed a really fun week with our 6 adult kids and 7 grandchildren. The house has plenty of parking, decks, a basketball hoop, a lovely saltwater pool, a hot tub, grills, and a game room in addition to 6 nice bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The kitchen is very well stocked and in addition to the big dining table, there are lots of stools at the island, and a picnic table in the screened porch and one by the pool as well! The walk to the beach is easy peasy and we were treated to views of dolphins and stingrays many of the days we were there. The water was so clear and the waves were great fun for all ages. The only negative is that ridiculous traffic getting in and out of the Duck area but that shouldn’t stop one from enjoying this fabulous home in a great area!
