Well-appointed 2-bedroom 2-bath condo at the Hilton Head Resort. Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, and baby pool. Beautiful walk to the beach on the boardwalk across the marsh. 2 outdoor pools (one heated March thru October), tennis courts with pickleball. Beach bar and pool side restaurant. Fully stocked kitchen. We provide you with beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach wagon in our outdoor storage locker. Elevator access available.
We're located in the desirable building 3 with the indoor pool. Our second-floor location is the only floor with direct access to the indoor pool area.
Hilton Head Resort is a gated oceanside resort located mid-Island and close to everything. The access to the beach is a private scenic boardwalk over a saltwater marsh. No roads to cross.
Our condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Our full kitchen is well stocked so you can prepare a full meal or a snack for the beach.
*Pack N Play, highchair, and stroller provided.
*Primary bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, closet, and attached full bathroom.
*Second bedroom has bunk beds and one twin bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and closet. The second full bathroom is across the hall.
*Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and slow cooker.
Laundry facilities are just down the hallway. Download the app and you will receive a text when your laundry is finished.

Cozy little condo. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Storage of luggage was limited but overall the condo offered all the necessities. Mark was great to communicate with - very prompt answering questions as they came up. We would stay again.

Family vacation

The walk to the beach is fairly long but you the board walk is scenic and the beach is very nice and clean.

Golf tournament

Great location, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed staying for a few nights at Mike's place! The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need, including extra pillows! The location is great and there are groceries, coffee, etc nearby. As it was winter, we utilized the indoor space with the pool, spa, game room, and walking track everyday and enjoyed staying on the only level with direct access.

We come to Hilton Head every year and for the last 5 years we always stay at Hilton Head Resort. We love the amenities because you can never be sure what the weather will be like. It's great to have the option of the indoor and outdoor pools. This was the first year we ate at The Beach Bear in building 1 and the food was fantastic. Mark was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our questions. Check-in was a breeze and instructions/rules are very clear. The condo was clean and there were plenty of kitchen amenities to use. Highly recommend and we will look to book with Mark again next year!!!

The year I summer my tooth

Enjoyed our time. Plenty to do on the resort. Clean room. Comfortable beds staff at resort was nice and if I had a question about the bed it was just a text message with a quick reply, I'll definitely recommend this to anyone going to Hilton Head and I hope to stay here again next year!!!!!P.S we absolutely love love love the electric bikes but I did crash one time and cracked my tooth

Hilton Head Getaway

We were looking for a place with easy access to the beach as well as other areas of Hilton Head while trying to stay away from things that might be considered a little more “touristy”. This condo had great beach access and everything we could ask for in a place to call home for a week. We had easy access to one of the main routes on the island and were well away from busy tourist areas. Would definitely consider staying here again! Only an hour drive from Savannah airport which was also a plus.

Family vacation

Perfect condo for small family. The complex has plenty to do on site. Elevator was a bit of a hassle. Most people would just use the stairs. Overall the place was excellent.

Exceeded my expectations

Great place to stay. The owner even has beach chairs and beach buggy which was so convenient! The facility has a laundry on the premises too. These are great perks we weren’t aware of. Pickleball courts and beach- I’m in heaven. Plenty of space and a welcome snack. I would recommend this as a vacation destination.

Nice Condo

Clean, well equiped condo. I've been staying at various condos in Hilton Head resort for 20 years. We love the location of this property and this condo did not disappoint. I would rent again, communication with the owner was timely and appropriate.

Fit our needs perfectly

The location was great, plenty of pools, including an indoor one, which was great because of the weather, everything was neat and clean, in the hall process was simple. Would definitely stay here again. A little far from the beach but the price makes up for any inconveniences. Might try to make a three day weekend over the summer to this unit again.

This was the perfect spot - in the middle of the island

My best friend and I went with our 18 and 19 year old college boys - having said that if you have littles this would be perfect as well. Indoor pool - indoor kiddy pool right outside your door! This villa was 100% equipped with everything you need for an amazing beach vacation - beach chairs and toys included.

Fabulous weekend of fun!

Mark was a helpful host and always quick to reply! We enjoyed our fun and stay so much. It was spring break week so the resort was busy! We made our way to the beach on the first day giving the resort time to thin out. The kids most loved their time playing and meeting new friends at the pool! Everyone was friendly and there for a good time. The property was nice to relax and hang out playing games between our busy times out. Thank you Mark, for being quick to answer for our very first beach trip s a family and we are so glad we chose your property!

Great Villa with many conveniences

The Villa had many extras that made the vacation easy. Keyless entry so no worries about losing keys at the beach or pool; hooks by the door for towels, coats, keys; ice maker so you don’t have to buy ice at front gate or store; broom, mop and cleaning supplies so you can keep tidy without having to buy supplies; extra toilet paper (instead of just one like most other villas); flat screen tvs in each room with labeled remotes; beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, badminton racquets, boogie boards, sand toys; ceiling fans; handheld shower heads in both bathrooms to easily clean the kids; comfortable chairs on the balcony; so many extras that make this Villa a great place to stay.
