Comfortable, walkable, and welcoming — your Modern North End Bungalow is the perfect Boise home base for relaxation, adventure, and memorable stays.
We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

Bright, clean, convenient location in the Highlands community of Boise. Easy access to Hyde Park for great food and coffee. Walkable to city parks and hiking trails. Would stay here again.

everything about the place/location is awesome. Only thing i will say is that the drain on the bathtub is very slow/ clogged. Taking a shower becomes a bath.

Clean, easy check in/out, quick message replies. Had difficulty locking the door when leaving, was told would lock automatically but it never did. Could hear the other guests upstairs which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep some nights.

It was not very clean. Floors, shower, bedspread, and rugs have not been cleaned in a long time. Unable to use internet or TV the entire stay. Internet service would not stay connected-needs a boost for the router. Cell service poor as well, but understandable for a basement. Amenities are good - towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Awesome North End Getaway

Location is perfect for walking to Hyde Park and a bit further for downtown. Laundry facilities were an added plus since we stayed for a bit over a week. Internet had a few issues three mornings but was able to connect through my own phone and internet service returned in the afternoon. A few outlets were not working perhaps due to age of building or nearby construction but we had plenty of outlets to choose from to find working ones. Thank you for a delightful place to stay.

Wonderful stay

Perfect size place for a dad visiting his daughter. Comfortable, nicely situated close to things we did and enjoyed, easy check-in/out. The updated remodel is classy and well thought out. Great place to stay!! 2 things that rubbed the wrong way: the cleaning fee for such a small space was out of alignment from other places I’ve stayed. That said, most of the cleaning was well done, except for all the dog hair that was left behind. Tufts if white hair around the edges of the living room and couch, much of which stuck to my socks. The second item was the on-going construction in the basement and bungalow behind our space. A heads-up would have been good rather than finding out from the sounds of power tools around 8 o’clock each morning. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5. I will use this location again when I visit my daughter.
