Welcome to "Serenity Shores"! Brand new pool !!! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy gorgeous gulf views from either the spacious, sunny balcony, or the screened in, covered porch, whichever you prefer! If you'd like to step onto the stunning beach, just take a quick walk across the street to access the sand and water. Here, the whole group can enjoy a gorgeous beach day, sun-tanning, building sand castles, or swimming in the turquoise waters. Adults and children alike will love spending time together on the pristine, uncrowded beaches of Fort Morgan. Enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from the beach, or from your beautiful beach house! This home also includes an outdoor shower with the convenience of providing hot water as needed!

Once the sun runs out for the day, guests will enjoy luxuriously cozy accommodations inside of Serenity Shores. The open-floor plan living space offers a comfortable couch and chairs, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The master bedroom offers a King bed, a private bathroom, and a cozy den area with a couch and TV. The second bedroom contains both a queen bed and a bunk bed, along with two TV's. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which offers two more bunk beds. Serenity Shores' accommodations are sure to provide the rest you'll need after a day full of sun in Fort Morgan, so that you can do it all over again the next day! Book this beautiful beach house for your next vacation and enjoy pure serenity on the shores!

The accommodations were adequate for our family. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The swimming pool was by far the best feature with us having small children.

Beautiful Home

We loved staying here. The distance to the beach is perfect! The house is as pictured. I love all the spots to clean up after the beach, there are plenty of outdoor showers for rinsing sand. Unfortunately during our stay the filter on the pool was broken so we did not feel safe to use it. I wish we had been informed before our stay of this because I spent time calling prickett properties to report it but a work order had already been placed days before our stay. On a positive note prickett property maintenance was kind and responded quickly. We would still stay here again or regardless.

Lovely house, conventient location, comfortable beds. I always thought a pool at the beach was silly, but I enjoyed it. Prickett's response to the AC going out was timely and satisfactory.

We actually didn’t get to stay at this location due to the home have water damage. But Pickett Properties was able to find a different place to stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Serenity Shores was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing getaway with my 2 kids and 2 dogs. With the wonderful pool in the backyard and a short half block walk to the ocean, the kids were always occupied and happy. The house was just as pictured, clean, well stocked and plenty of room. The two decks gave us great outdoor space to watch over the pool or enjoy the breeze off the ocean. It was a very quiet neighborhood and close enough to town if we needed supplies.

We loved the home!!! My daughter and son in law took master and they loved it! We took next bedroom and if it fine. I'm am not a good sleeper so I slept more on den couch! Haha. The two grands each had a double bunk and loved it. Thank you so much for your generous settlement on the heated pool. Loved it for a couple of days was really all we were able to use it. The distance to ocean was perfect. Thank you again!!!

Great stay in Fort Morgan

The house was as portrayed online. We especially enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Access to the beach was fairly easy. There was an unusual infestation of jelly fish when we were there. The air conditioner broke down on our last day. Prickett sent a tech but he was unable to remedy the problem and had to call an HVAC specialist. Unfortunately, it took a couple hours plus for him to arrive and the temperature in the house climbed to 86 degrees. He was able to restore the AC to operating order.

Very clean. Did not smell like pets had been there fortunately. Pool was excellent because seaweed was all over the beach and sand. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen table and chairs could be replaced. It was sticky and nothing would clean it. I suspect the finish was ruined. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
