What a great stay!

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and were impressed with the house (so clean and nice) and especially the view of Reno and the mountains. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The communication was fantastic. Also helpful to have a full size garage for keeping the car out of the freezing weather. Highly recommend!!!

Our 4 person group stayed for graduation events over the weekend and it was a perfect location and space. It has what you need, no frills, but with a view. Our flight got changed by the airline and we got in earlier. The host allowed us to check-in hours before planned, which was very appreciated. Our only issue was that the coffee maker was unusable due to the pot not being the right one for the machine. After letting the host know the first day the issue wasn’t resolved.

We’re so glad the home was a perfect fit for your group during graduation weekend and that the location, views, and early check-in helped make your trip smoother. We also appreciate you bringing the coffee maker issue to our attention, and we apologize that this was not resolved during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing it with our team. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again on an even smoother stay!

Everything was good, the instructions on entering could have been better,l with the instructions inside much more clear than the emailed ones. It would be nice to have a few more basic supplies that a lot of properties typically have available like dishwashing liquid and sponges. The place was nice, view was great, overall good property.

Great house and location!

Great house for us while in Reno for 2 weeks for a seminar at the National Judicial College on the University of Nevada-Reno campus. A short 5 minute drive to the NJC every day. Quiet neighborhood with great views of downtown and the mountains. Wife loved being at an actual house instead of a hotel room. Will definitely stay again next time I’m back in town! 5 stars!!!
