The home is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom in the heart of Point Judith. The front boast a spacious first floor deck and the second floor contains a Juliet balcony - all decks with sweeping ocean views. The back of the home has a 3 season porch with a table to seat 8 for eating and a 2nd story balcony overlooking the Iconic PT. Judith Light house (the last naval battle of WWII occurred there)

There is shore access in front of the house (rocky so water shoes required). The house is just under a mile (0.9) to 3 major sandy beaches - Scarborough State Beach, Camp Cronin (free parking) and Roger William State Beach.

The neighborhood and yard is perfect for kids. It has a fence around the entire property that does not take away from views. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the first floor that walks out to the 3 season porch.

The living room has a large couch and a 85 inch 4k HD TV. The kitchen has large table that seats 8 people, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful quartz countertops with marble backsplash and white cabinets.

The decks have chairs on each level overlooking the ocean. There is a large propane grill (propane included). There is also a large outdoor shower in the back yard.

The first floor has contains a full bath, laundry room, dining room, kitchen, living room and 3 season porch. The laundry room has a large washer/dryer set, and drying rack.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen, a Juliet balcony, 2 full baths, bonus room with an office and space for children to play and walks out to the back deck.

The third floor is a large room with 2 queen beds and sweeping ocean views from every window including the light house

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, coffee pot machine, Nespresso machine.

Fresh beach and bath towels are provided as well as freshly cleaned Egyptian Giza linens. All beds are made prior to moving in for a hotel-like experience. The comforters are cleaned after every stay.

10 Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket that fits 8, cooler, kid's toys, body board, wake board, 4 pickle ball paddles and balls, corn hole, spike ball.

Board games are stored in the living living room. We do provide cable in the summer months (June 1 - Sept 1) and a host of streaming services year round Paramount+, Disney, HBO, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

The drive way can fit 4 SUVs comfortably with room in the garage for a fifth vehicle.

Cleaning supplies, Vacuum, broom, laundry detergent, pods for the dishwasher, paper towels, and trash bags are provided.

There are children toys, books, a wagon and a pack and play available.

Cleanliness + customer care is our number one priority. The house is completely disinfected prior to every new stay.
