The Space:

This fully furnished two-story commodious townhome features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fenced in private patio. The perfect spot to start and end your vacation days under the stars or after a short walk to the ocean. The first floor encompasses a large, open-floor plan kitchen that is full of brand-new stainless-steel appliances which surround a multifunctional granite countertop kitchen bar. Located where you can enjoy a home cooked cuisine or use for additional seating around the living room listening to music or watching your favorite show on a large flat screen smart TV. Just down the hall, enjoy the privacy of the master bedroom featuring a large King size bed with a private bathroom and private access to the serenity of the exclusive outdoor patio. The living space features a soft and comfortable lounge sofa that can be pulled out into a spacious bed for additional guests. Just up a flight of stairs on the second floor is home to a stunning guest bathroom and guest bedroom with two Queen sized mattresses which allow guests to sleep comfortably and peacefully.

The Neighborhood:

Cape Canaveral is home to the world-famous Kennedy Space Center, originally known as the NASA Launch Operations Center. At the hub of the nation’s human space program, you can visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and walk the same footsteps that preceded Neil Armstrong’s journey on the moon. Cape Canaveral is perfectly located just east of Merritt Island, separated by the Banana River and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Don’t forget to visit the Indian River Lagoon which is North America’s most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals and the perfect day trip for wildlife sightseeing. You can enjoy the best of both worlds and all Florida has to offer on the river and in the ocean. With just a short 5-mile trip south, you can follow world champion surfer Kelly Slater to world famous beaches and enjoy downtown Cocoa Beach with quaint restaurants, live music and bars located right on the beach. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.
