Studio @ Luau! Walk to beach! Sleeps 4~

Welcome to Luau Landing! The Luau resort is the perfect getaway...located directly in the middle of Sandestin. There are so many amenities at this resort, you won't need (or want) to leave! Our guests LOVE the quick access from this condo to both the pool and the beach! There are also restaurants within walking distance so no driving is needed!! We are on the beach side, so it is an approximately 3-4 minute walk from the resort!

Luau is located in the heart of SanDestin on Gulfside. Newly updated studio condo sleeps up to four. We have one King Size bed, a sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen Size bed. A bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room with a nice size Smart TV with many different TV apps (including Netflix and Hulu). There is a Keurig coffee machine, blender, microwave, mini refrigerator, Iron/Ironing board are included. There is a small standing balcony that has side views of the area and gulf!

You will have access to our beach storage (inside closet) that includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys. We also provide 2 beach towels in the condo for your stay! We are on the beach side, so it is an approximately 3-4 minute walk from the resort!

You also have access to Sandestin TRAM, the pool, fitness gym, barbeque area, Observation decks, Laundry room, and meeting space- all located on the complex grounds!!

POOL HOURS: 8:00am - 10:00pm

THINGS TO NOTE:
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. You can also take the TRAM to Village of Baytowne Wharf in SanDestin Bayside....where there is lot's of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair breeding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months. Also, Grand Blvd is on the bayside for all of your shopping needs-including Luluemon, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama and much more as well as restaurants!

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance is gated and staffed with SanDestin security officers. We provide everything in our welcome packet that will answer all of your questions you may have!

We send a welcome packet upon check-in which allows you to know everything about how to access the resort as well as the condo!

This resort is a huge resort with so much within walking distance! There is a parking garage for the guest to use during their stay! We also provide a welcome packet that helps you know everything about the condo and area!

Managed by Diving Pelican Realty + Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements (25 and up to book) are met. Thank you for understanding!

ANIMAL POLICY: We regret to inform you that this unit is not animal-friendly.

Please note: There is a ring door bell on the door for security and safety purposes.

Nice place but listing not completely accurate

Pros: It was a very clean unit. Nice for couples sharing a bed. Checkin was easy. Pool area was great! Tram pass was nice and helpful. Cons: Listing is not completely accurate. It’s listed as a one bedroom condo with a king bed in the master bedroom. But it is not. It’s a single room with a king bed in the living area. It’s also listed as steps to the beach with a 3-4 minute walk but it’s about 1/4 mile walk to beach. Takes about 6-7 minutes to walk for the average person especially while carrying a beach bag and beach chairs. No chairs on balcony for sitting. No ice bucket for ice. Communications with host was hit or miss. Wouldn’t respond to questions about possibly moving to an actual one bedroom condo.

Kimberly, I am sorry to see such a low rating. from your stay. I'd like to address a few items you mentioned. 1.) The walk to beach is subject to an individual's speed, with most guests agreeing it is less than 5 minutes. 2.) Yes, this is a studio condo, so it is one open room, but it does sleep 4. I apologize if the listing was not clear on that. 3.) As for communication, I spoke to you at length on the phone on several occasions to answer all of your questions so I am not sure why you say communication was hit or miss. I did answer your question about moving and told you we unfortunately did not have any one bedroom options available. 4.) The balcony is a Juliet balcony so there really isn't a safe way to have chairs on it. Overall, I am sorry to hear your stay did not meet your exceptions. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will work to improve our operations moving forward.

For sleeping arrangements, there is one King Size bed as well as a sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen Size bed. The condo also has a full bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room with a Smart TV with many different TV apps (including Netflix and Hulu). There is a Keurig coffee machine, blender, microwave, and mini refrigerator. We also include an Iron/Ironing board for your convenience. The condo has a small standing balcony that has side views of the area and gulf!

While staying at this unit, you will have access to our storage unit, located on the floor level 'P' of the complex (you will be provided with a code for access) that includes beach chairs and beach toys. It is possible that previous guests will have left behind other items that you are free to use if they are there. We also provide 2 beach towels in the condo for your stay! The condo is located on the beach side of SanDestin, which puts you a short 3-4 minute walk to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico! By staying at this condo, you also have access to Sandestin TRAM, the pool, fitness gym, BBQ area, Observation decks, and shared Laundry room
