Nestled in the heart of nature in Vail Valley, our 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath Eagle-Vail home offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to a myriad of outdoor adventures, from golf and cross-country skiing to hiking and paddle boarding. In the winter, ski directly from Beaver Creek to our back door or enjoy the convenience of a quick walk to catch the free shuttle to Vail on weekends. As the day winds down, guests can unwind by the wood-burning fireplace or take in the serene views of the mature tree-filled meadow through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious back deck, complete with a teak table and grill for summer gatherings, provides a perfect spot for relaxation. In the winter, the good-sized front porch offers convenient storage for skates, sleds, and skis. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and large windows frame the beautiful surroundings, creating a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.

Guests will find comfort in the natural rugs, linens, and bedding, ensuring a restful stay. The main suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite full bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed and a twin bunk. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and an incredibly comfortable Room and Board sleeper couch for extra guests on the main floor. Entertainment is covered with WiFi, games, toys, and TV featuring cable channels for game days and movie nights.
