Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Mavila is a brand-new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.

This condo is located at a second floor so you will find stairs to get there.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests and to avoid potential cancellations, we kindly request your adherence to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the comfort and standards of our community. Thank you.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
