Welcome to our modern vacation home located on the Rogue River in Grants Pass, Oregon! Our newly constructed home features walls of windows from the great room and two of the bedroom suites, providing stunning views of the river and surrounding nature. The sliding doors from the bedrooms lead to a large deck, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Oregon scenery.

The home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bath, and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The main level boasts a large living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The bedrooms are located on both levels of the home, providing privacy and space for everyone. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share two additional full bathrooms and a half-bath.

Outside, the home has a large deck with outdoor seating and a grill, perfect for enjoying meals or soaking up the beautiful Oregon scenery. The backyard features a spacious lawn and a fire pit, perfect for making s'mores or telling stories around the fire. With two acres of property, there's plenty of space to explore and enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors. You'll likely see ducks, geese, and deer roaming around the property, providing a true nature experience.

Our vacation home is located just a short drive from downtown Grants Pass, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Take a stroll down historic G Street and visit the many unique shops and boutiques, or catch a show at the Rogue Theater, which offers a variety of theatrical plays throughout the year.

If you're looking for outdoor adventure, the Rogue River offers opportunities for fishing, rafting, and other water activities. There are several local companies that offer guided rafting trips on the river, including Rogue Rafting Company and Orange Torpedo Trips.
After a day of exploring, come back to our comfortable and modern home and relax on the deck or gather around the fire pit. If you're not in the mood for cooking, there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from, including The Haul, Twisted Cork, and Taprock Northwest Grill.

Our family had the best stay. The house was so comfortable and clean. We loved how well stocked it was - not over the top - all the necessities. The homes location was ideal. We agreed to make this a tradition and would love to stay here again next summer. The helpful communication , location on the river and allll the extras blankets and games made this home unbeatable.

Wonderful stay on the river

We spent a long weekend at this house. The house was beautifully appointed, clean, had a wonderful view of the river. We were able to get to activities and restaurants easily. Would highly recommend this house and host.

The Panorama “View” of RIVER from inside of house with the beautiful Panorama-windows as it was Spectacular as it was Amazing outside in front of the RIVER watching it flow & family Fishing. Great Place to stay in Grant’s Pass

Spacious & plenty of bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with items needed to cook meals. Huge deck with beautiful view of Rogue River. We enjoyed walking the huge yard looking at the plants & trees.

Perfect Getaway

For those wanting a great common space but separate amenities for individual couples, it would be difficult to find a place more perfect than this. The biggest difficulty will be deciding whether to have morning coffee on the spacious deck or walk down to the platform overlooking the river. However, if you are staying multiple days, you don't have to choose. Excellent facilities, excellent location.

Wonderful River View

We found the house to be exactly as described and pictured. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We traveled to Grants Pass to attend a wedding and all felt our stay there was too short. There was a flock of 22 Canadian geese that frequented the yard by the river. We slept with our bedroom slider doors open so we could hear the river and the small rapids just downstream.

Wonderful rental, with some suggestions

It was a great place. However, it was very hot as there were no blinds on the windows. The sun coming through the windows woke us up early, and made for a very warm interior. The air conditionings worked great despite this, but if I were to give any suggestions, it would be to add more towels for anybody who wants to wade in the river and some blinds.There is no need for blinds on all the windows, just some to help with the heat on the dining room table. Other than that it was great and I highly recommend it.

Magnificent location on beautiful Rogue River!!

We were so fortunate to find this amazing home!!! This newly built home was tastefully and beautifully decorated with state of the art lighting, Jenn air appliances, gas fireplace, upgraded shower fixtures, and the most comfortable beds and bedding ever. We did not want to leave! Everything you could need/ want in the kitchen was there including an electric wine opener! Our host’s thought of everything imaginable to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful Rogue river on the patio chairs down by the river and on the patio deck having coffee in the morning. It was so cool to see two deer in our back yard one morning and lots of geese and their young ones. Our host John was quick to respond to our every need and help w/ questions. It was easy to tell it was his goal that everything went great with our stay… and it did. Many thanks to our hosts. We will be back!

The RITZ at Grants Pass

There are not enough positive words in the English language to describe this amazing house and the whole experience there. I celebrated my 60th bday there with five long term friends. I am a cleanliness nut and this entire house was beyond spotless! The owners were readily available for any questions about the area or the house itself. The setting with the beautiful river running at the end of the big backyard that we enjoyed from the spectacular deck was serene. The owners saw to every minute detail you would expect from a more expensive stay, but the way the house was set up to accommodate every want or need was above and beyond. I seriously cannot give enough praise for this magnificent house. I only wish now that I had booked it for more than four nights because it was very hard to leave its luxury! We've owned vacation homes for two decades and have had all but 1 custom built with vacationers in mind. We love to travel and explore and purchased this particular acreage a few years ago, then built over the last year.

Located in Grants Pass on the Rogue River, Edgewater River House was designed and built with Short Term Rental Vacationers in mind. Enjoy a 23 foot wall of windows over looking the Rogue River as well as an expansive deck where you enjoy listening to the rapids at the end of the property. Wildlife abounds even though you are close-in Grants Pass you will feel as if your miles from town.
