Two Homes Next Door - Lots of Entertainment
Looking for the best way to be close to your family and friends yet not all in the same house? These houses are right next door to each other and offer over 1 acre between of land. Lots of entertainment with a putting green, disc golf, fire pits and a Caddy Shack that has darts, an arcade game, a place to try your swing at golf, giant Connect 4 and more.
Lots of charm, space, entertainment and so much more. Both houses have circular driveways and are independently fenced in yet there is a gate between the two houses for easy access.
Green Acres is approx. 1500 square feet with a load of charm and updated features. It has an ensuite king bedroom/bathroom up front, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms near the back with a bathroom in between. It features a beautiful putting green that offers light up golf balls for night play and plenty of clubs to test out your skills. There is also a screened in porch and side yard with lights. The backyard also features several seating areas with a pergola, fire pit and a grill. It is a very relaxing house.
Two Pines is approx. 1900 square feet with 2 downstairs bedrooms (one with King bed) with a bathroom in between, living room, brand new kitchen and dining room. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms in which one is an ensuite bedroom/bathroom. The house has beautiful dark hardwood floors on the bottom. The house features magnetic scrabble and tic tac toe. It also has a large outdoor building that we call the "Caddy Shack". It has a dart board, corn hole, and a place to test out your golf swing. The outside features a fire pit, disc golf, grill and a large, fenced yard.
Both houses have a washer/dryer and a ton of space and amenities for your family reunion, wedding, horse and/or golf events, and so much more.
We strive to offer the "extras" that others may not so you can enjoy your time and feel like you are in a home away from home.
Pets are welcome at both homes, yet we ask that you do not let them on the putting green to keep it pristine.

My husband and I love to travel and we always choose to stay in a Short Term Rental because they are unique, private and we love the adventure. We thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and having fun so we tried to show that in these properties.
Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted
We purchased our second home in Aiken, SC and fell in love with town thus we moved here. Our 2nd home is now called Green Acres (one of the two homes we have listed) in which is part of this property. The house next door became available and we wanted to provide options for those travelling with a bigger group yet wanted to have some privacy. My husband loves golf and always wanted a putting green thus the putting green oasis. The outside for had so much potential and we wanted to make it private and entertaining for our guests.

A unique benefit of Green Acres is the putting green in the backyard. When we purchased the house there was an inground pool that was filled in. Unfortunately it was filled in incorrectly so we removed the entire pool and added the putting green. Two Pines has a unique large building that we call the Caddy Shack. Lots of entertainment for all inside the homes and outside.
