The apartment is well appointed with popular fun Boho décor! Great for business travel. Never stay in a hotel again!
King master bed with futon. 2nd bedroom with a queen bed.
Spacious full bath with shower/tub combo.
This apartment is partial below grade, featuring plenty of daylight windows that bring lots of natural light.

Complete with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge, this is a `Heat and Eat` unit. Paper plates, cups, hot cups, and utensils are provided for your use. No on-site cooking.

**Please note because this is a basement- you should expect some noise transfer. Please inquire first to check if there is a booking in the unit above and size of the group if you might be sensitive to noise. This is priced to accommodate for it being a downstairs unit.**

If you happen to have additional guests or need accommodation for a larger party, please inquire within.

Albany Downtown is a unique historic place. You will see many collections of boutique and antique shops. The antiquity of the historic downtown is what makes it special. It is a walkable city, where you can park your car and take a gander at what the historic downtown area has to offer. This apartment is just blocks from Albany`s downtown district , the Antique mall, with 100`s of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, and the Historical Carousel and Museum . Willamette river is nearby, as is Monteith Riverpark , home to summer`s River Rhythms series. Holiday historical homes parade. This property is easy to get to, 10 min to I-5.

This is a charming place close to the "main drag" where there are many good restaurants and shopping. The parking is really easy. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was a nice stay!

Great stay for a girls trip to visit family in the area. Perfect location for seeing all the sights. Cozy and great mattresses! The host is great about communicating all the info! DoorDash found us easily too. LOL

I stayed here for two nights. The renters above us were very loud. The second night, I was awaken to two men pounding on my window at midnight. They were from the gas company and were making sure I was alive because there was a gas leak. I let them in and their gas meters were going off in my room. I finally heard back from the host over a week later, and she did not offer any financial assistance for the horrible experience. Never renting here again.

Terrible experience

I did not have access to the links the host says she sent which described going to the side of the building to enter at address 120B. The texts I had from her said adress 120 so at 1:30 am when we got in we coyld not access the location. No one answered the "emergency " phone number. We had to spend our first night in a hotel which cost us 270.00. When we finally got the host the next day she was extremely rude, and would not even consider refunding money for the missed night. We stayed the next two nights. She provided 2 bath towels for three people that were supposed to last 3 days. I would not recommend this host to anyone and would suggest VRBO stop allowing her to do business through your organization.

Happy Family Stay

We really enjoyed our time here. We stayed at this location for a few days before we moved our youngest into the dorms at OSU. The host was very quick to respond and so accommodating to any last minute questions and/or changes we had. We will absolutely stay here again!!

My daughter had to stay somewhere she felt safe for 1 night after moving out of OSU dorms! Perfect spot to relax! Would def stay again! ❤️

Excellent Property

Stayed one night and everything was perfect, exactly as shown online. Price is very reasonable compared to staying in a hotel/motel and much more private and quiet. great communication and easy instructions for checking in and out. Highly recommended.
