First floor and one of the closest units to the beach, so there is no need to lug beach gear into an elevator or down a long path. Also close to the "A" pool and outdoor grilling/eating facilities.
New furnishings, appliances, rug and flooring. Gorgeous beach view from outdoor screened porch perfectly oriented to take advantage of morning sunshine and afternoon shade.
