Welcome to our Hill Country hideaway. We will be happy to host you! This home is perfect for getting ready for a big event or simply relaxing! Excellent location 10 min to Downtown Dripping Springs.

We paid attention to important details: Grill & Smoker, Comfy beds, WiFi (up to 100 Mbps download), TV, fenced front yard and a spacious backyard & terrace for stargazing.

Our house is three bedrooms, two baths, on a private acreage in Dripping Springs. Excellent location 10 min from Downtown.

Fully equipped & furnished including professional makeup lighted mirrors in every room so everyone can look their best. Get ready like a pro.

A lovely property!

Ample space for our family of 7. I really loved how the house was surrounded by nature, my children loved it too. I would definitely book again!

Perfect for attending a wedding

We were in Dripping Springs for a wedding with our two adult children and dogs. This house was close to the locations of the wedding and other festivities yet is in a private location. It was the perfect place to stay.

Hill country get away

The house was perfect. Equipped with everything we needed, there was plenty of space for 6 of us and we enjoyed corn hole in the front. Great location to wineries and the town. Hostess was super responsive and very helpful.

Peaceful!

We stayed for a baseball tournament weekend. Perfect place to let our son wind down and relax after a long day of baseball. Plenty of room for the whole family! Cute yard and great porch to bbq while the kids played.

Perfect Spacious Home for a Family Wedding Getaway!

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful Dripping Springs property while attending a wedding at a nearby venue, and it was absolutely ideal! The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort.Highlights:Spacious & Accommodating:This was the standout feature. The house had plenty of room for our entire group to spread out, relax, gather together, and get ready for the wedding festivities without feeling cramped. The layout worked perfectly for our needs.Great for Groups:Whether it was sharing meals, reminiscing after the wedding, or just enjoying downtime, the common areas were comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms provided everyone with their own comfortable retreat.Convenient Location:Being situated in Dripping Springs was perfect. We found it easy to get to the wedding venue, Ma Maison and also explore a bit of the area when we had time.Clean & Well-Maintained:The property was clean upon our arrival and everything was in good working order.

Well to start off the experience we received a message from our host saying please reach out any time during the stay with issues, we reached out several times and the response was delayed. When we got there we were given the wrong code to get in. It was pouring rain and no porch so we were getting soaked trying to get in. We had to then sit in the truck for 20 minutes waiting on a response with the correct code. The house was ok for a doublewide, but the surroundings were awful. Also some of the lights were out in the house and makeup mirror in one of the rooms would not turn on. There was supposed to be a gate with a code at the entrance and it was open the whole time even when we first got there. The property was really run down and the grass wasn’t mowed where we stayed. To top it all off, I forgot my rain jacket hanging behind the front door and reached out to see if it could be sent to me and was lied to saying it wasn’t there but I know for a fact it was because my daughter that left a little before us said she saw it hanging on the door before her and her fiancé left. Apparently the cleaning crew wanted a nice Columbia jacket. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else definitely not worth the money.

Property is a ways out so it it quiet at night and the house is very cute with a great layout. Spacious rooms with a very nice kitchen and lots of storage. Beds are extremely comfortable.Our experience was a bit of Murphy's Law in action- but EXCELLENT and prompt host response. The first door code didn't work. I called VRBO, they got the owner on the phone immediately and she gave me a new code which worked fine. Tried to log into wifi and had trouble. The owner had given me her cell so I texted her and got fast response with new wifi and password. There appeared to be an issue with her router. A few light bulbs were out which I told her about. Not enough to cause issues. Went to take a shower and no water pressure. One shower only dripped and the other was not much better (In talking with her after, they had fixed that). We really could not stay the second night with that situation. (Owner says the water pressure issue has since been fixed). Owner was very understanding and did fully refund us for the second night. She never stopped communicating with me. I never waited long for a response. This was just one of those things and her response was more than I expected. Very refreshing.

Nice clean home VERY close to everything in Dripping Springs

This home is only 1.4 miles from the main drag going through Dripping Springs. Some of the best distilleries, winery's, and even the Hill Country Olive Company are less than 5 minutes away. Deep Eddy, which is all the way on the other side of town is 10 minutes away, so if you plan is to be in Dripping Springs, this location is awesome. That being said, you are far enough away from town that it is very quiet, so don't be worried that you will be hearing vehicles all day long, you won't. My husband and I tend to walk around indoors with socks on a lot, and in past rentals, it was often obvious that people didn't clean their floors well - and this is a pet peeve of ours. In this case, the floors were spotless. After walking around in white socks for several hours, they were just as clean as when we arrived. I can't say that is the case for most VRBO's, but it was here. Great job on the homeowner's part. In full transparency, when you are driving the last 1 mile to the house or so, the neighborhood isn't the greatest, so if you have family with you that aren't accustomed to being in rural neighborhoods, you may want to prepare them for that. There is nothing "sketchy" or "dangerous" in any way, it just "country". The rental is a manufactured home at the back of the customer's property. Plenty of places to park your cars if you have a large group. There was a very big wind storm that came through the area the week prior to our arrival, and it was obvious that the owners had already started working through the clean-up process. We were there during winter, and were there to attend a wedding, so we didn't spend much time outdoors.
