I certainly recommend the front unit facing the street, although I'm certain that the rear unit is acceptable as well. The beds in the front unit were large and comfortable. The fenced space in front served our dogs very well. On the inside of the garage, it is quite spacious for one vehicle. However, be careful when entering or exiting the garage because it is tight for the side mirrors. Montrose is a very central location for visiting numerous locations within 70 miles or so. Our favorites during our stay were the Grand Mesa, the Colorado National Monument near Grand Junction and certainly Telluride. The free Teluride gondola more than rivals any other paid gondolas we have ever ridden.

Our family of 4 families stayed in both duplexes and we were beyond impressed. We've done quite a few family vacations together and stayed in vacation rentals but hands down, all of us agreed, this was the best one we've ever stayed in. They were immaculate in cleanliness, presentation, and amenities. Everything you could need is there. The beds were comfortable and the water is hot and plentiful. Convenient location to everything in Montrose. We would highly recommend this property. Toni has set the bar real high and we'll be forever comparing anything else we stay in to our enjoyable time in her homes.

Wonderful stay

Toni made everything simple and seamless from check in/check out, labeling everything in the unit, cleanliness, communication, and everything else. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in the area and would recommend the same to anyone else!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in cleanliness; especially the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome. Fully equipped kitchen and appreciated the option to use the grill. Don't get put off by the drive in theatre close to the home; didn't bother us in any way. The location is excellent; close to places to walk your dog, groceries and highway access to the state parks. This host made the check in and out seamless and communicated regularly. Thank you for being a host willing to share your home with pets. We appreciated the welcome items for our dog too. 100% recommended.

We loved all the helpful notes around the house and useful information that the host provided about the area. The host did a great of filling the house with items to make you feel more at home.

Wonderful Place!

The owner has taken extra time to make sure you have everything you need or might have forgotten. Our group had grandparents to teenagers and dogs. We all enjoyed the amenities and had a great time. We will stay again if in the area.

Christmas vacation

This was our Christmas vacation with my husband and two children. we chose to stay in Montrose because we wanted to visit Telluride and Ouray.wlove the house it was very cozy.

Perfect and Easy

Check in was a breeze. Very quaint and comfortable place. Nice front yard for our dog. Patio was very nice and relaxing. Garage was surprisingly large, it fit our truck.
