Hi Frances, We’re really sorry you had to deal with these issues during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially having trouble with both the A/C and dryer. We did have our maintenance team come out to look into both issues. For the A/C, we brought over a loaner unit to help keep you comfortable while we arranged for a professional to come out and properly diagnose the problem. Our team also checked the dryer and determined that it would need to be looked at by a professional as well. After reviewing everything and taking the issues you experienced into consideration, we have issued a reasonable refund based on your experience. We’re very sorry your stay wasn’t as smooth and comfortable as it should have been, and we really appreciate your feedback and understanding.

Thanks, Tricia! We're glad you had such an awesome Nomadness experience! Cheers, The Nomadness Team

Hello Suzanne, We appreciate your kind words about the property and bringing your inventory concerns to our attention. We would like to note that we provide a detailed inventory list to our guests at the time of booking, in order for our guests to have the information necessary for trip preparation. Our cleaning fees are a standardized rate based on the inventories provided, regardless of length of stay, and we do advise our guests in advance that these supplies are considered starter kits. As the inventory provided is included in the departure cleaning cost, housekeeping does reqask for payment when additional supplies are requested. Cheers, The Nomadness Team
