The "Beach Retreat" House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean View home with HD Digital Expanded Cable with 4 large HD TVs, Wi-Fi, larger living room with gas fireplace, large windows, plus a 2nd living room/rec room, 2 level 10 x 20 deck, hot tub, air hockey table, pool table, custom built 12 ft play structure with tube slide and climbing wall just blocks from the casino/beach.

Your Roads End location puts you within walking distance beach access & Chinook Winds Casino of 1/2 mile or less. Gather up the family or your favorite friends and come rejuvenate at the Beach Retreat house!

We stayed for Thanksgiving, and it was great. We were close to the beach, so we walked there every day of our stay. It is very kid and dog friendly. Our granddaughter loved playing with the sandbox. Apparently, playing on the beach wasn't enough, she needed to play with more sand. I liked that there were two separate rooms with TVs. Very convenient for all of us. The hot tub was a success as well.

The host wa absolutely amazing, they had a Xmas tree for u n decorations, which was a wonderful surprise, place wa huge an accommodated all of us, hot tub pool n shuffle board, tvs in all the rooms, that was also amazing

Wonderful family stay! The house is charming and cozy and has all the neatest little touches for families with children of all ages. The weather made it so we could not explore the area or enjoy the outdoor amenities but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay all the same.

The owner is amazing! As soon as I texted him he called me! Very good with communicationThe house was surface clean. The hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked even had a meat thermometer. Plenty of towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Instant hot water heater. 2 sets of washers and dryers. It is a pet friendly house and you can smell that as you walk in; however I opened the doors and windows and aired it out. If I had little ones this place would be perfect for them as there were a lot of toys. There is a pool table but the rails are dead. We came up for the 9 Ball tournament that’s why we chose this house but we were unable to practice because of the rails. Not a deal breaker just a bummer

A truly unforgettable stay Full of Memories from beginning to end!Check‑in was a breeze—super clear instructions and seamless arrival meant we settled in instantly.The kitchen was outstanding—fully stocked and thoughtfully arranged—perfect for preparing meals for our big group.The home's capacity was ideal for all 12 of us (including six kids!) without ever feeling chaotic (even with our families fur babies).We especially appreciated the pet‑friendly policy—it was wonderful to have everyone under one roof and bring our dogs along, they felt completely at ease too. Location couldn’t be better—just an easy walk to a casino where a few of the parents enjoyed some quick fun, plus nearby shopping to grab essentials or treats, and best of all—a pet‑friendly beach was just minutes away for furry-family strolls.And here’s a charming little highlight: we loved the vintage rotary phone still mounted on the wall—a quirky, nostalgic touch that brought smiles to everyone’s face. (something none of the grandkids had ever seen) The host’s attention to every detail made the entire stay seamless and joy‑filled. We’d absolutely love to come back! We walked away with great memories and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Relaxing and stredd free

We brought our daughter and dog, Have family that lives in area so we had a great time enjoying the place. Our dog loved the backyard and we loved the competition games on Air Hockey. This was our seco d tine staying, and will definitely be back.

Great Yard for Dogs and Big House for a large Family

We had a great stay! Big Fully Fenced Yard For Pets. We didnt have to worry about them getting out. It sleeps a large family. Swing and Play structure for kids. Very nice hot tub. Our grandkids and even the adults enjoyed the foosball table. It was used a lot. Pool table was a little hard to use and move around in the family room. The firepit and chairs were great. We sat outside 90% of the time. The upstairs bathroom was a little small. However, at least it has 2.5 bathrooms. One small thing, it would have been nice if it had a chair to be able to sit and put shoes on or get dressed, in the one bedroom instead of a crib ( which we didnt need). However, The upstairs bedrooms had nice fans to put in the window on warm days. So, that was very nice. The weather was amazing the whole week which made our trip even better. And we seen deer everyday. Loved our stay!

Great place

The place was perfect for my family. My grandchildren enjoyed the play area, air hockey and pool table. A short walk to the beach. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and welcoming home to stay!

Lots of space in the house. Great for large family. Really appreciated having our dogs with us. The house is older and has a quirky but usable kitchen. Loved being in Lincoln City.The owner is very nice and communicated quickly.

Perfect family getaway

This property fit every need we had. Our family of 4, my brother in law and sister in law and my in laws all stayed and loved it. Plenty of space for everyone while still having areas we could hang out. The pool table and play structure were most loved. The house is a bit dated but it did not take away from our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and more than accommodating. The yard and hot tub were excellent as well! We will stay here again.

Beach Retreat

Loved this place. Great for kids. I loved it that dogs were welcome. The fenced yard was a plus for both kids and pets. Great "Beachy Vibe". Great place to take a family! We would stay here again!

One of the best stays

Loved it here. Steve was the best host, hands down. The yard was great for kids, and the view of the ocean from the family room was awesome. We'll stay again for sure.

Perfect

I have no complaints it was better than I expected and very clean and nothing was broken or not working. Everything the listing claims to have at the house was there; including cooking equipment and cleaning equipment. Brought my computer in case I got bored and I didn’t even take it outta my bag haha. Great place to stay!

61st Birthday celebration of life

It was amazing, great friends excellent location. Steve’s vacation homes are very comfortable. Yes they are lived in and a little worn but his places always has a great vibe and he welcomes you.

The "Beach Retreat" House is a beach cottage home about 7 rows back w/varying Ocean views, 4 bedrooms, dining room, large living room, and 2nd living room/rec room. Just at the entrance of Roads End, this home is only a few minutes' walk to the Casino and just blocks from the beach. HD TV's include 58" Smart, 50", 43" Smart, 32" with HD digital expanded cable receivers, 1,000-watt home theater system w/Wi-fi built in for Netflix, Pandora, & Blue Ray, DVD players, wireless Wi-fi, foosball table, air hockey table, and pool table. Outdoor you will find a new 2022 covered HOT TUB w/OCEAN VIEWS, a 10' x 20' wood deck w/stainless gas BBQ, stone fire pit, and large hammock for afternoon nap beneath the ocean pine trees. Fully fenced pet friendly yard is so large, kids may get lost, ¼ acre. For the kid's, there is a custom built 12' play structure/"tree house" w/yellow tube slide, bubble dome, climbing wall, sandbox, 2 large swings, and 1 disc rope swing. There is enough parking for 4 full size cars. Sleeps 9 guests on beds, but up to 10-12 w/temporary beds.
Beds: 3 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds (bunk bed and other is a day bed/trundle), 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and 1 Crib. There is an Aero Bed blow up mattress for temporary unplanned guests & additional full size sofa bed.
