It was cozy, clean and in a nice and convenient area. A bit difficult figuring out how to work the AC/Heater but once we did it was comfortable. On a septic so take extra care. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

This home was just as pictured if not more prettier. Let me talk about the beds, they were super comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy it makes a huge difference when someone has back issues. The house was big enough for us to all be comfortable. I loved the views of the sunset at night and the quietness in the evening. Great Host giving this house a two thumbs up!! Recommend…. Absolutely!!

Once I found the place, it was easy to check in. The place was great- nice and clean! Only 1 mile to Old Mesilla shops/restaurants/parks.

Better than expected..perfect reprieve

This property is the place to stay! It is located just far enough away from the crowd to ensure a quiet evening and a great night's sleep. The casita is very clean and very well kept. In addition, the host is very responsive and answers questions timely! Thank you!!!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Peaceful, Beautiful, and Comfortable

I stayed here for about two weeks, and it was absolutely everything I needed. The space is beautifully decorated with antique Southwestern charm, giving it a unique and cozy feel. The kitchenette was super convenient, stocked with a variety of dishes and coffee options. The bathroom was spacious and just as thoughtfully decorated as the rest of the home.Even in June, the interior stayed cool—I barely had to run the AC. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having TVs in both the bedroom and the main area was a nice bonus. The entire place felt very private, with a large parking area and beautiful pecan orchards surrounding the property. It truly felt like a vacation, even though I was in town for work.The area is great for pets with good recall, and the host provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants, many of which we tried and loved. Plus, it’s really close to all major areas in Las Cruces, making errands, dining, and exploring a breeze.I can’t recommend this place enough—it was the perfect mix of comfort, charm, convenience, and location.

Please dont stay here

I am in the legal process of getting my money back i have injuries and it is a dangerous and unclean area. They will not allow me to post pictures.The host did not help and also vrbo couldnt get through to the host. I never checked in had to leave and get a hotel. The host does not want you to see property.

Historic Mesilla

Casa Elena is attractive, comfortable, and very clean. It's very conveniently located near the historic Mesilla Plaza and many good restaurants.

Wonderful stay in a cute home

We had a wonderful stay. Any issues were minor, at best, and our host was amazing w response time and providing a solution. Well maintained property. Everything you need. Beds: literally everyone remarked on their comfort. Check this place out! These are good people, w a great property in a wonderful location.

Review of Stay at Casa Elena Casita

The casita was beautifully appointed. I left suggestions that the casita needed a broom for sweeping, scissors for the utensil drawer, can liners for the kitchen garbage, and the kitchen chair needed repair because it had a broken back which made sitting precarious. The large garbage can for our use had not been emptied at the weekly day, was very full, and very stinky which made coming and going to the casita unpleasant. Fortunately there was a back way around to avoid the garbage.

Hi! I’m Adrianna. I own and operate Don Felix Café on the historic plaza square in Mesilla. Since I was little I’ve always been attached to plaza, while selling corn husk flowers with my grandfather in the shop that is now my restaurant or just exploring the farm lands. Mesilla is not only rich in history but the heart of the town, the people, are second to none. I want everyone to feel the magic that is the Town of Mesilla.

Growing up here was a blessing. The unique farm lands and history only added to the great families who live here. We wanted to raise our daughter in the environment I loved as a child while here visiting my grandparents.

We are surrounded my farmland. It is quiet and beautiful at night. Without all the city lights you are able to see the night sky.
