In the garage is a multi-pair boot dryer, a ski/snowboard rack, a hitch bucket "Chuck It" rack to use, and custom snowboard benches (benches made from snowboards).

All these modern conveniences just in time for your ski trip to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin! Each resort offers a unique and exciting ski and snowboard experience. Make sure to purchase lift tickets online in advance. Powder offers lower prices the earlier you purchase and they may sell out. Night skiing is just $19 and sells out often. During the summer, enjoy easy access to walking/hiking trails from your front door and the community swimming pool. Your private hot tub offers sweeping views of BeUTAHful Ogden Valley including Nordic Valley Ski Resort, Snowbasin and North Fork Park. Pineview Reservoir is just minutes away. Rent motorized and human powered toys from Club Rec North and rent bikes from Diamond Peak Sports Shop.

Amenities Includes:
Access provided to Trapper's Ridge Clubhouse amenities, including summertime swimming pool, extra-large outdoor hot tub, indoor gym, and gathering area. Guests are limited to 8 at the community hot tub and pool.

Kitchen supplies: spices, pans, 2 Coffee makers with drip and Keurig, toaster, a crock-pot, electric griddle, air fryer. Dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and paper towels included.

Free Wifi- 5G, smart TVs

Crib, pack and play in closet, children's books and toys.

Laundry supplies: detergent and cleaning supplies.

Bathrooms: Shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, linens and towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, hot tub/pool towels.

Extra Notes:

25% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All properties are self- check-in with keyless entry.

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses.  Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager.  If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit all rent sums paid.
