Our groovy 2 bedroom property is the perfect place to take a trip back in time during your stay in Drumheller. This house has a retro vibe, with neon pops of colour throughout.



The living area is a blast from the past, with plenty of space to chill out and a 55" TV for all your entertainment needs. The bedrooms are bright & spacious, & the kitchen is fully equipped.

This neighbourhood is nestled right beside downtown and not a far walk from the river! Within walking distance you can get to the valleys famous brewery and all of our main attractions like the recreation centre, the pool, and the big dinosaur.



Getting Around:

There is parking for a vehicle however most of Drumheller's attractions and downtown are within walking distance!

We had such a great stay, the beds are seriously SO comfortable. And the host is amazing, checks in, is always available, and makes you feel so welcome.

Kitchen had the barest necessities - salt, pepper (empty) oil, coffee, tea. No extras whatsoever. House was cozy, throw blankets are thin, but there are 5 of them. Super close to downtown. Overall a good stay.

Clean rooms and entire house. Availability of needed utensils and equipment in the kitchen. The design and decor of the house is exactly as described in the posting. It very cute and photogenic.

The property was great, clean, comfortable and the decor was really fun. Walking distance to downtown Drumheller and to the river, where we saw some mule deer.

Great accommodation

Very cute accommodation. It ha everything we needed for an overnight stay. It worked well for 2 adults and 3 kids. The location was really good too. Lovely property.

Awesome stay in Drumheller!

Travelled to Drumheller with my family to check out the Tyrrell museum and it did not disappoint. The badlands were beautiful, the museum amazing and our hosts the easiest to deal with. They were incredibly responsive and everything was as promised. Thank you for letting us stay!

Absolutley loved the 70s themed decor. So cute, the whole house was charming. It was too cold to utilize the backyard space, but it looked amazing. The place had everything 2 adults and 4 kids needed!

We enjoyed our 2 night visit - the house accommodated our family of 6 - 5 adults and 1 child, and the quiet neighbourhood was great! Beds and pillows were comfy and there was ample space for us to play card/board games and watch movies! We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the close proximity to all the highlights of Drumheller. Loved the 70’s decor and would recommend renting this “retro getaway”. Thank you

Great little vacay!

We visited drumheller with 3 little kids (5-3-1), the “holiday house” was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was wonderful to deal with. Thanks again!

Overall, we were confused about the high rating for this VRBO - as this is not what we experienced. We reported some of our concerns to the hosts and had prompt response, but no actions were taken while we were there (including providing us with dish soap to wash the dishes before leaving after we had let them know there wasn’t much left). They asked that we send photos of the issues, which we did, and indicated they would look into them… but there was no action taken to help during our stay. Our experience suggests this VRBO is a great location and a fun aesthetic, but is not for children (especially the 0-2 group) or for tall people. We messaged when we booked asking for advice with Canada Day in Drumheller, but that was ignored. When we arrived, check-in was easy, but the flooring was broken or peeling in multiple places (making having a crawling 10 month old an impossible challenge), floors were dirty, bedding was stained (including fresh stained on stored bedding), there are cobwebs through the space, a broken cupboard door, a pullout couch that should not be counted as a bed, and broken knives. The photos in the post definitely don’t demonstrate scale. The bathroom is incredibly tiny, and some of our guests hit their heads on lights.We felt uncomfortable in the space because it didn’t feel clean and had so many damaged pieces. Purchasing two hotel rooms would have been a similar cost, but would have meant more than one bathroom and some standardized cleanliness.

July 1st Vacation

Very charming older home that has been decorated in a bright and inviting theme. Bedrooms are small with little room for unpacking your things and spreading out. The bathroom which is in between the two bedrooms is also very small. Great location for walking to downtown, community centre, arena etc for activities. Great walking paths along the river. Management company was very responsive.

Wedding Digs

This a cute, older home in great proximity to all the essentials. Bathroom is a tight squeeze !!!! Back yard was not inviting at all and we didn’t use it. Dwelling on one side was in complete disrepair- boarded up and pigeons moved in and there were renovations being done at late hours in the house on the opposite side. Not ideal for For a restful vacation

False Representation w/ No Resolution

The property has great potential but some major concerns need addressing prior to charging full rental fees. Upon arrival for our stay, the tub/shower faucet was leaking water continually and was not operational for our entire stay as it was not looked at or addressed by owners of the property. Our family of 7 had to make several trips to the local swimming pool to take a shower. In addition, the home did not have adequate fans to keep the home cool at night and again when notified they did not seek any resolution. Finally, more water was found pooling in the basement to the owners and yet no resolution or concern from owners. Our reporting was being acknowledged but was left unresolved. Towards the end of our stay we had asked for a monetary refund to reflect the amenities not provided and again we got no response. WARNING ⚠️ Request for copy of drivers license and selfie was requested off the VRBO site mixed with false advertising of amenities with no concern to resolve is a major concern for booking this property.

We had a great stay here! Cool and tasteful vintage aesthetic and a great location for us. We’re only there for one night but wish we had more time to spend there. Will hopefully be back in the future.

Overall, we had a great stay. 2 moms and 6 kids between us. We enjoyed using the BBQ to make dinner. The location was perfect for walking to the outdoor pool, the world's largest dino and the ice cream store! When we arrived, it had recently been cleaned, but the place is definitely more worn out than the photos show. Bedding for the pull out couch was not clean. However - a quick call with the host and they resolved that within minutes. They were super responsive and able to help very quickly with this issue. The kitchen has the basics. Would have loved if there was a new sponge of clean kitchen clothes. We used paper towel to do all the dishes as there was not a clean sponge available. It would be helpful if there was a bit better description of the unit itself. To access the bathroom you have to travel through the bedrooms. For 2 families sharing a space, this wasn't an ideal set up and would have been good to know beforehand. It was funky and different and memorable for sure!
