Great home located right across from the Nickel Plate trail that leads you downtown. The home was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room including a backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great stay.

It was perfect! Right by really nice paved walking paths that take you into town. We went for the Peony Festival and we were close to everything. The neighborhood the house was in was very clean with a park 1 block over. Noblesville is a very clean, beautiful town. Will definitely stay again!

Host was very responsive in answering questions or meeting needs. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable which is one of the most important things in our mind. Pictures did not accurately portray interior which was unattractive with the sloppy workmanship in general, and a very worn looking the bathroom paint job. Vinyl flooring showed a very uneven floor underneath, especially in the kitchen.

Amazing stay

We booked the stay about a month out, we were more than pleased with the location and the overall conditions of the house. Made our short vacation very comfortable and lacking nothing. We will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the location.

The first time I stayed here it was great so I booked it again when I had to come back to town. When I got there this time, all 3 window unit AC's were turned to off. It was close to 100 that day. The owner told me it was because the power had gone out. That does not change the switch to off.. The grass had not been mowed in it looked like a month. His response was it would be mowed the day before or day of my departure.. The light in the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was completely broken. And the 2 rotting chairs outside that I told him about during my first stay were still there. He then proceeded to say out of goodwill he would refund the rest of my stay if I leave, but if I stayed he would charge me an extra 150 because my dog was over the weight limit. He did not say one word about my dog during my first stay. And the dog next door barks constantly. I will NEVER rent anything from this host ever again! He had the audacity to rate me 1 star after this. Not a good individual to deal with at all.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. However, we also want to be clear that our experience hosting you was unfortunately not a positive one. From the beginning of your stay, we made every reasonable effort to respond to and address your concerns. Regarding the lawn, we had experienced several days of significant rain, which made it impossible to mow safely. The grass had grown taller than usual because of those weather conditions—not because the property was being neglected. Despite this, we arranged for someone to mow the lawn the very next day. You also raised another concern that I personally went to the property to inspect and address, even though upon inspection it was not the issue that had originally been described. Regarding the window AC units, our cleaners unfortunately forgot to switch them back on before your arrival, and we acknowledge that oversight. However, all three AC units were fully operational. They simply needed to be switched on. There was no failure of the air-conditioning system, and the issue could be resolved immediately by turning the units on. We understand that every guest has different expectations, but we felt that many of the demands made throughout this stay were unreasonable, particularly considering how quickly we responded and attempted to resolve each concern. Most importantly, once it became clear that you were unhappy with the property, you had the option to leave. We would be more than happy to give you a full refund

First stay in the area

Cute place with a small park a block away. The locals were very nice. We brought our dog and the yard was fenced in and we took daily walks. Down town just blocks way and plenty of resturants near the property. We would stay again. Host were very gracious too.

Quite and cozy

This was a great stay that checked all our boxes. Great 2bdr with a yard for pups. Fantastic trails out the front door to parks and old town Noblesville with historic neighborhoods in walking distance. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the host was excellent and accommodating.

Very enjoyable!

We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Pet-Friendly Stay with Great Amenities and Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming two-bedroom home. Despite its compact size, the layout offered plenty of space, including a modern desk area with excellent Wi-Fi that made conducting business easy. The kitchen and family room were spacious, and the large screen TV was a great bonus. The fenced backyard, accessible from a bonus room at the back, was perfect for my dog, who loved the shady yard. The house is on a corner lot in a quiet, older neighborhood with easy access to a walking path across the street and a lovely community garden adjacent to one side. A park is just a short walk away, and you’re minutes from the downtown area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. Inside, the home is very clean and updated, with pet-friendly vinyl flooring, nice appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. I highly recommend this affordable option for anyone visiting Indianapolis with their furry friend!

When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen - no way to cook with the pots and pans/other kitchen items - we did not expect new or high end but expected functional We booked 7 nights 4 adults. We rented VRBO for cooking, laundry, comfort of larger space We contacted our host. She was very nice and understanding. She allowed us to park the two vehicles and sent maintenance to check the lights - unable to fix and waived the laundry fee (no laundry supplies were provided, unsure what the fee was for)We left after 4 days. This would be “ok” for one night stay but not 7!!We would not have rented if the car limit and laundry fees had been disclosed during booking. We definitely would not book again with the condition of the home. When I contacted our host about leaving 3 nights early and why she said she understood comfort was important. The good: Nobelsville has a charming historic square and is close to shopping and restaurants. I’m not one to publicly complain, but I feel duped!

We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: • Lighting: All bedroom lights are fully functional. Our maintenance team did visit to confirm this during your stay. • Parking: We do not limit to one vehicle. There is plenty of space for two cars, and we were happy to accommodate both of yours with no issue. • Laundry Fee: We offer on-site laundry as a convenience, not a necessity, and the optional $5 per load helps us maintain the machines, especially after past misuse. That said, we waived the fee for you entirely. • Kitchen Supplies: We provide a fully stocked kitchen with essential cookware and utensils, including pots, pans, baking sheets, mugs, spatulas, and more. We’re always available to answer questions, and a quick check of the cabinets would’ve confirmed this. • Comfort: We’re sorry the furniture and beds didn’t meet your preferences. We understand comfort is subjective and are always open to suggestions for improvement. • Air Conditioning: While we use window units, they are typically sufficient for the space. We’ll evaluate if additional cooling options are needed during unusually hot days. We want to stress that many of our guests stay for extended periods—some for months—and leave great feedback about the comfort and location of the

As soon as we pulled into the neighborhood I was a little nervous. The houses are all kind of ran down and when we stepped out of the car the smell in the neighborhood is rough! There is a sewage plant next to the neighborhood. The inside of the house is clean and doesn’t smell. The ac units did a good enough job keeping the bedroom cool but the living room and kitchen were a little muggy. Overall for the price of the house I wouldn’t stay here again.

My interests are traveling, hiking, camping, training in mixed martial arts, experiencing different kind of food and culture, meeting interesting people and most importantly learning something new and making a positive difference in other people's lives along the way.

This home can sleep 5 people comfortably. This home has 2 bedroom and one bath with washer and dryer facility. Located less than a mile from the famous downtown Noblesville and close to many other attractions such as Forest Park, Potters Bridge, Ruoff Music Centre and more.
