This Mediterranean-styled home is found on the second row of the beachfront community of El Encanto de La Laguna and is just steps away from the community`s beach access.
With four private bedrooms and 4.5-bathrooms this stylish home offers ocean views and approximately 4,650sq ft of interior air-conditioned space.
The outside of the home features a large pergola and a spacious pool area with jacuzzi, BBQ, and fire pits, all of which extend the usable living space dramatically and allow guests to flow in and out of the beautiful Cabo weather with ease.
The upper floor terrace is a perfect spot for enjoying Baja sunsets and sunrises, and during whale season, guests can enjoy passing humpback and grey whales that frequently surface, and breach with even the occasional tail slap in the crystal blue water.
The inside of the home features a nicely styled gourmet kitchen with dark cabinetry and high-end appliances, perfect for those looking to cook at home and enjoy one another`s company over wine or cocktails.
Escape to Cabo also offers Private Chef services and in-home cooking classes to guests who are looking to either sharpen their skills or relinquish food-prepping duties.
For those who are looking to get out and about, downtown San Jose del Cabo is less than 10 minutes away and offers countless restaurants to appease all tastes.
