So nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! Clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. Convenient to the beach and South Beach Marina. Pleasant bike ride to Harbourtown and Sea Pines Center. Loved spending mornings on the patio and the beautiful water view. We did go to the South Beach pool a couple of days and found the pool fee to be more than the rental listing stated. ($15/day per person) Pool was not crowded when we were there and had no trouble getting a lounge chair. The welcome gift was nice and having beach towels provided was greatly appreciated. Nice provisions in adequate supply for our 4 day stay. We would definitely stay at this villa again!
