Quiet, Spacious, great kitchen and bathroom, both with lots of counterspace

Near all subways on Canal Stree, so very convenient, grocerystore 1/2 block away, owners very organized, very accessible, very easy to interact with.

Perfect Tribeca Getaway

This apartment is perfect for your trip to New York. Tribeca is a great location and the owners are incredibly thorough for making sure you have everything you need. I really enjoyed our trip and could not have been more cozy. Thank you for the amazing weekend.

Great for Families!

This rental was perfect for families. Its in a very kid-friendly neighborhood that also has some of the best restaurants and shopping in the city. The apartment is very big and has two separate bedrooms plus a living area which makes it perfect for families. The renters were very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Nice and cosy appartment. Great location!!!

This appartment is very well located near a subway station. We had a wonderfull time in NYC and it was great to rest in the living room after a long day of walking in the city. Communication with our host was fluid easy and fluid.

Great location

We had a great time in TriBeCa. Lots of room plus handy to multiple subway lines. Convenient grocery and liquor stores less than a block away. Owner was very accessible - provided detailed communication prior to our arrival and responded promptly to any questions we had during our stay. Bonus - really interesting art hanging in the apartment.

Perfect spot for week-long vacation in New York City

We had a wonderful stay in this loft-style apartment and I would stay here again with my family in a heartbeat. The location was perfect: subway 2 blocks away, lots of great restaurants, grocery store, wine shop, and Billy's Bakery 4 doors down. Beds were super comfortable, and it was surprisingly really quiet (no street noise). It worked great for this family of 4 as a launching pad for our daily adventures in Manhattan, and a cozy spot to come back to at the end of the day.

Perfect for a family vacation

My family (hubby and two young daughters) and I feel like we hit the jackpot by staying in this TriBeCa loft apartment. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, and VERY QUIET! You can easily walk to excellent restaurants and bakeries, and it is very family friendly. Owners respond in a very timely manner. We had a fantastic trip. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay

The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times throughout the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we have everything we need at the apartment. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great, and apartment was very quiet, which was a bonus.

Perfect!

This is the second week my friend and I have stayed at this apt. It is roomy, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is filled with terrific restaurants, coffee places and opportunities for people-watching. We will book again!

New York Experience

I was with my two grandchildren (12 and 14 years) in New York for 5 days. We enjoyed the apartment a lot. All the amenities were there, the location was great with easy access to the subway. An additional bonus was that a basketball court and skate park in nearby Hudson Park were within a 5 - 10 minute walk. After all the sightseeing, the three of us could go there and relax.

Great location, comfortable apartment

My mom, sister and I stayed for 4 nights. This comfortable little apartment was located in a good neighborhood. It was VERY quiet and we each had our own bed. The bathroom was large and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to easily walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. In addition, the subway and the Go New York hop on/hop off bus were right around the corner. The owner, Jillian, was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, great location!

This is a very comfortable, very easy place to stay. It is well outfitted. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find. It was very comfortable for myself and my two grown daughters. Jillian is very clear and very accommodating. Finally, this is a great neighborhood (excellent food at every turn) and is within easy walking distance of nearly all of the subway lines. It's easy to get anywhere. We could not have had a nicer time.

Spacious, clean apartment in the heart of TriBeCa

This space in an older building has been nicely renovated with a spacious and functional kitchen and bathroom and two comfortable sleeping areas. The apartment is on the second floor and quite secure. It is on a very quiet street yet within a quick walk to three subway lines. The owners are very responsive and communicate quickly and effectively. Grocery stores and an abundance of restaurants are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in lower Manhattan.

I will be back

There were no surprises. The property is in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping and subway stops. The property is in good condition with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a cork screw. The hardest part to deal with was lugging my heavy suitcase up the stairs. This or course was my fault for over packing. I enjoyed my stay and plan on renting again soon.

Fabulous Tribeca Loft

My husband, I and our two month old son stayed in this apartment for two weeks. It is comfotable, tastefully furnished and very convenient with all the amenities you could want - a well stocked kitchen (as if it were your own), a spacious clean bathroom, wifi and even a simple computer provided. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and was spacious enough to accommodate our son's travel cot. There is also a smaller room with bunkbeds that is stocked with toys. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Tribeca with many great restaurants nearby, and Soho is only a short walk away. The nearest subway station is only a block and a half away. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Perfect place to stay!

My sisters and I stayed at this fabulous apartment for four days, and we were so impressed by it's cleanliness, spaciousness, and comfortable atmosphere. The description and photos on VRBO are spot-on; the neighborhood was also a perfect location. Plenty to see and do right in Tribeca, including restaurants, shopping, and just a short walk to the river. Our favorite place was The Django, a jazz club in the Roxy Hotel, just a couple blocks from the apartment. Easy to get to all of the areas such as Times Square, the 9/11 Memorial, shopping, etc. We didn't get in until after 1am one night and felt perfectly safe arriving back at the apartment; and it was quiet! We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from the hotel scene, and truly stay in a home away from home. Thank you to Jillian, who made the arrangements easy and was quick to respond to all inquiries we had...awesome sevice, awesome apartment!

The apartment was just as it appears online. All amenities necessary and internet worked fine. The location was excellent; walking distance to various subway lines, Hudson River Park with its playground, piers and walking/biking path, and too many restaurants to mention. The neighborhood felt safe and a pleasure to walk around to supermarkets and coffee shops. The owners mailed a set of keys but since there were 4 adults, not always coming and going same time; we could have used another set of keys, but didn't want to take it upon ourselves to duplicate..so perhaps you could clear that up before you travel if necessary. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, would definitely consider renting this apartment again and would like to recommend to others.

Stay During NYC Marathon

I had never been to NYC before. Finding this place on VRBO just before our trip was such a blessing. We had no trouble traveling from the airport via public transit to getting to the property and checking-in. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). The access to the subways was perfect for us. We never felt like the neighborhood was unsafe in any way. The place was clean and had plenty of amenities that we needed. We were able to do a couple quick loads of laundry with the shared laundry appliances in the hallway just outside. It was quiet and conveniently located. There are plenty of coffee shops within walking distance also. The hosts were very responsive which is reassuring when you are traveling across the country with your family. To the hosts - thank you for having us! To future guests - you won't regret your stay here.

Everything you could hope for ..

I stayed here with my family in July 2012 for 11 nights. I booked an apartment because my younger son is autistic and needs his own space at the end of each day, which is just not possible in a hotel room. I was a bit nervous about doing this online, but everything went smoothly with the booking. We found that the apartment was in a very quiet street in an excellent location. Plenty to do and see within walking distance and three subway stations within a few minutes walk which made getting around extremely easy - we didn't take a taxi once as the subway service was so good. Although the apartment seemed small on first entering, the layout and use of space is cleverly done to ensure that everything you could possibly need has been provided. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of spare towels and bedding. New York is a great city to visit with kids and teenagers. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, comfortable place, it's a loft

The pros: Very clean and comfortable place with a well-stocked kitchen that was easy to use. Wonderful location convenient to sights and different subway lines. Very good and helpful instructions about apt details. Nice and quiet. The cons: mainly, it's a loft with paper dividers and one wall that don't go to the ceiling. Since we were traveling with our 2 year old, we needed to all go to sleep at the same time, so the noise and light from the other rooms wouldn't bother him. It's partly my fault because the description doesn't suggest otherwise; however, the photos don't show that the walls/dividers stop halfway up to the ceiling. The garbage policy is also a bit annoying (take out trash to the city's corner trash cans, since the apt building doesn't have a way to store trash for guests until trash days).

So glad to hear you had a nice time and enjoyed our family friendly Tribeca area. We have over 20 recent excellent reviews by many visiting families. Kids seem to love the bunk bedroom area.That 2nd bedroom is separated from the main bedroom (with a queen bed) by an 8' solid wall as our ceilings are 12'8'. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the living area by sliding fabric doors. There is a well stocked private laundry in a separate adjacent private entrance hall.
