This place is just like the pictures. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Bill was great at communicating and very informative. The location can be a little noisy at times with the music from the pool and the street, but overall it was a great experience.

Perfect spot

Great location don’t even need to get in your car. Sunsets, restaurants and the beach. Perfect. Hooked restaurant may be one of the best on the Emerald coast and the Hub downstairs has everything you need for a day at the beach. The unit is very nice and fit a family of 4 with plenty of room. Great time.

Perfection

Place was literally perfect for a Florida family getaway. Place was very clean, kitchen had everything for me to cook multiple nights, and bed was comfy. To make this sound believable I’ll say that the kitchen could use a liquid measuring cup, lol.

Thank You for staying with us at Calypso Tower III Beach Resort. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and are sorry for the inconvenience with the pool deck area closing early. Although the work on the pool area is out of our control, the upgrades being performed by the contractor and resort staff will only enhance the guest experience at the resort. Please think of us and Calypso Tower III Beach Resort for your next vacation in Panama City Beach.

Recommend & would for sure stay again

Very well kept property. No issues at all. Condo has everything you need, plenty of towels for inside and beach use as well. Beach chairs are a really nice addition to the stay. Washing machine is a plus. The location of the condo in the facility is convenient. The facility has a great pool, cafe with great selection, and everything is just a short trip to the beach. Recommend a beach wagon if you have a family.

EXCELLENT! #Family of 4

We had an amazing trip! The property was beautiful, we especially loved the white interior that made it like large and clean. Bill was a joy to work with; extremely helpful with all of our questions and gave excellent recommendations. He always replied promptly to messages with questions we had in the middle of our trip. The location is perfect right next to Pier Park Shopping district and super easy access to the beach. We especially loved the tiki bar located at the beach entrance. The location is perfect, even walking distance to Walmart and Target for anything that we needed to purchase throughout the week. We had an all-around excellent trip and we will be back!

Squeaky clean and great location

We have stay at Calypso every time we come to PCB this was our first stay in tower 3. The condo was super clean and actually smelled clean during our entire stay. The cleaning person does an amazing job. Well stocked with the everything for our stay. On the 7th floor and elevators didn’t have a long wait at all sometimes 0 wait. Great views of the beach, pier park and the pool. We loved the pool the most with a 2 year old there’s a ramp down that makes it easy for them to walk into and stand and play in the water. The location to pier park is great because you can just walk there and avoid the crazy traffic during the summer. The coffee shop/cafe downstairs is great too. You can stay here and not even have to drive anywhere. Also want to add the owner was super friendly and so fast to respond to texts. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The space was nice. Loved the pool area. Small touches I appreciated, such as hand soap (so many places never have this!), beach towels, bottled water for Day 1, boogie boards. The primary bed was very comfy! (Not so much the pull out sleeper sofa. If you have people in your party planning to utilize that, I would recommend bringing an air mattress.) Communication was good.

Overall this unit was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Not too high or low-7th floor was perfect. Everything worked perfectly. I saw a couple of other units that my friends stayed in and I feel this unit was more up to date. Can see the beach from balcony. Great view of the pool and Calypso III has the better pool just fyi! Easy walkway to the beach and walking distance to Pier Park. Condo was stocked with mostly everything we needed. Host was very responsive. I liked the communication from very beginning upon booking. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing strands of hair on the bathroom floor and on the towels. I hate that even when it happens at hotels. But you can always bring your own towels or just wash the towels you use so you know they’re clean. That’s what I did. I feel like that’s a little thing housekeeping should look out for. And the rugs on the floor in the bathrooms had strands of hair on them. Those probably need to be cleaned. Easy to find parking; may have to park higher up during a holiday weekend. Try to park on level 3. I will book again in the future.

Ms. Owens- Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the condo, the views, the location, and found everything just as described. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication—we work hard to make every guest’s stay as smooth as possible. We sincerely apologize that our housekeeping staff missed a few details during cleaning. That is not the standard we expect, and we’ve shared your feedback with our cleaning team so they can pay closer attention to towels and bathroom rugs during inspections before each arrival. Thank you again for choosing Beach Time at Calypso Tower 3. We’re delighted to hear you’d stay with us again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Panama City Beach! Bill
