Stayed for adidas track meet

The house was in great shape and it was wonderful having so much space. This is just a short drive to downtown.

Very good communication with the host. Very clean house. Wonderful setup for our 4 year grandchild traveling with us. Plenty of entertaining toys. Fenced in backyard so he could run without us worrying. Supplied coffee and other amenities appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. We will try to rebook The Beech House when we return for our next visit!

Nice house

Spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything is in great condition, and we had lots of rooms and bathrooms. Would return on a future visit.

Awesome House

Loved this property. The location was convenient to everything in Greensboro and the house is so adorable. Rooms were spacious with enough room for our group. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Football Game

Very nice property that was recently renovated. Very close to NC A&T which was perfect because we went to Delaware/NC A&T football game. Neighborhood is quiet.

Fabulous and Convenient Home!

We stayed here while we moved our daughter into Elon and it was fabulous! Comfortable, spacious, very clean and convenient! And the owner is wonderful to work with and very attentive to all details! Highly recommend!

Awesome rental

This house was amazing. It was everything and more than we needed for our trip to Greensboro. Reginald was extremely responsive to us answering any message we sent within moments and kept in contact with us, checking on us, theoughout. I highly recommend this rental anytime you are in the area. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

Fabulous Host, Clean, Cozy, Comfortable House

Everything was just as expected. The host was extremely attentive, which was amazing, since we had an issue with the front door lock and they took care of it immediately. Overall we had a great stay! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Convenience delivered

Had everything we could think of for a family stay. We came with 4 kids 1-5 years old + sister in law. Couldn't imagine a better stay at an expensive hotel! 10/10 would recommend. Only upgrade would be a filtered water tap!

Soccer trip

The Beech House was an easy choice given how close it is to downtown Greensboro, without the “downtown” feel. The place was really clean and well appointed with kitchen and other stuff. This place would be great for families with kids, too. Reginald was very prompt with any responses. Beds and other furniture were really comfy. Next time we are back in Greensboro, I’ll definitely try to book The Beech House.

Lovely home

The house is just as it appears in pictures but even better! Each bedroom was great and the main living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and close to many things. Saturday morning farmers market is just down the street snd worth visiting. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Girls Weekend

5 of us meet for a girls weekend from 3 different states ... the house is perfect plenty of room and very nicely appointed ... We are already talking about a return trip. Greensboro has a lot to offer and the house is close to downtown. Perfect weekend getaway!

Great communication!

Reginald was more than helpful and lightning quick with communication. House was extremely clean and numerous small touches that were included were much appreciated! Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor area. Plenty of food options nearby!

We will stay again and again!

We visit Greensboro every August and fell in love with this property and the area. Reggie was great from the moment I booked the house and right through our stay. There are some really great individually owned (vs chain) restaurants in the area, the house is close to the coliseum where we spent our days and we loved sitting in the living room, enjoying a glass of wine together at night. We really can't say enough!

Perfect Family House

This was the perfect house for our family! Everything was as described. The house was immaculate when we arrived, beautifully decorated and very functional. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner and breakfast. The kids loved all the toys and games and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well! I appreciated all the details put into this house that made our stay even nicer. Reginald was excellent at communication and took care to make sure everything was going well with our stay. My family felt safe and comfortable in the Beech House! Thank you!

Beautiful home, perfect for kids!

We came to Greensboro to do the many children’s museums and science museum/zoo/aquarium. We have three kids and this house was perfect for us! It’s a couple minutes from the Greensboro children’s museum and short drive to the science museum and another children’s museum in high point that we went to. The house seems to have been entirely remodeled, and feels like a brand new house throughout, with all the nicest options. Beautiful counters and all new appliances, a great shower in the master bath and comfy beds including our kids favorite, a bunk bed in one room. The best part though was it was completely kid friendly, loaded with toys and games and play areas for the kids so we could just let them free and they’d play happily. After long days of being out, we could relax and they were excited to find new toys and play with them. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

If you are a family traveling with kids... The Beech is a much better option than staying at a hotel. Get your evenings back by putting the kids to bed and relaxing in the living room. Don't want to be crowded in a small hotel room, try lounging in the backyard on the back deck!. Read the reviews on all websites.
