Found this just by searching. Was not sure what we would be walking into, but this was the absolute perfect place for our family of 5. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and you are close to everything in Destin. We will definitely consider coming back to this same condo in the future!

Love staying here . We always enjoy our stay .

Beautiful grounds , pools , hot tubs , great play area for the little ones too. Good restaurant and games. Live music . Great location for restaurants and activities. Love it !

Amazing trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! So clean so easy to get in contact with the host too! Everything we needed was there/or nearby. We also were able to do a late checkout for no fee (thank you Devin) We will definitely be back!

Words cant express the joy i felt when i pulled up to the place. I was nervous because it was for my worst critic. When i tell you he was speechless and fell in love with everything to the point he's ready to come back. So we will be back.

Loved it

Overall, we loved it. Room was what we expected. Facilities and pool area were perfect. Our kids loved it. Only thing issues we had was that all the dishes and silverware I had to wash before we could use them because they had dried food on it still. Also, main bedroom mattress was terrible and killed our backs.

The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The balcony was filthy and had a broken chair. Clothes from previous renters were left on the floor, and some towels were dirty. Very disappointed; the price didn't match the quality.

Location was great, was close to everything and the resort's amenities were good. However, the unit itself was not very comfortable with two adults and 3 teens. There was sand all over the floor upon arival, they only provide you with very minimal/very low quality paper products. There was only 1 extra blanket that was light weight and very hard and all of the throw blankets were soiled, had holes in them and one had wires poking out of it. The furniture is not condusive to a larger family hanging out comfortably. The beach equipment provided was very worn and broken and there was a pile of sand in the closet where it was stored. We spent a half a day purchasing basic items to make our stay comfortable such as more paper products to last for a family of 5, trash bags, laundry soap, beach towels and blankets etc. This is more of a place to stay if your driving in and can bring everything you need with you. The management company was kind and responsive, tried to resolve the matter but it was little too late for us. We will not be staying again. Of note, the beach access is a tiny section in between other private roped off beach areas... save yourself the hassel and drive down the street to the other public beaches!
