We loved this brand new property. There are a few details from new construction that need to be addressed. The toilets don’t flush properly and one was leaking. Otherwise it was great.

Great location and comfy home with very nice bedding and fully equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach is so easy and the atmosphere of this cute beach town very chill! We will be back!

Perfect Vacation!

Love this area! Short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and short drive, and such a perfect house.

Perfect house!

Absolutely loved our weekend at this house! Great location close to red bar, chiringos, Hotz coffee, etc and not to mention walking distance to the amazing beaches!Comfortable beds, incredibly clean and well stocked, and easy to communicate with staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Empty-nester vacation

House was perfect for 3 couples! We loved the proximity to the beach & restaurants. The large square table was great for games & puzzles. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home

good, short distance from the beach. nice and clean house. not too many restaurants and shops within walking distance but many a short drive away.

Perfect Couples Getaway

The house was perfect for our couples getaway. The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping, did not need a vehicle at all. The house was clean with all the amenities just as listed. We will definitely stay again

April at the beach

Perfect week of weather and quiet between spring break and graduation trips. House was immaculate, steps from beach and the Red Bar and has everything we needed. So comfortable. Hope to come back again soon!

Great stay.

The house is spacious and clean. Super easy walk to the beach. The internet was down and I wasn’t sure how to get it fixed but we didn’t really miss it since we were there to enjoy the beach.

The kitchen was fully equipped. There were more utensils and more than normal plates, mugs etc. This enabled us to not run the dishwasher as often.

The property was perfect for us and our two sons and spouses for our six-night beach trip. Clean, great layout, and the location (one block to the boardwalk, the Red Bar and Chiringo) cannot be beat for a Grayton rental of this size. The parking is great and plenty of beach chairs were provided. The property is five stars, I am giving it three stars only because of an issue we had with the vacation rental management company. I chose this property and paid more for it over less expensive ones because it had three full baths so that each couple could have their own for privacy and convenience. One couple arrived late into the second day of the rental and when taking a shower in their second-floor bathroom on the third day of our rental, water started streaming through the ceiling into the first-floor living room below. We reported it immediately and maintenance came out to patch up the ceiling. We were told that evening that a problem had been discovered and that using that shower would cause serious water damage so we were not to use it. We noticed that the area had previously been painted over in this fairly new construction and learned that the same thing had recently happened but it had not been fixed, nor had we been informed of the issue. I was not offered any credit against my rental for this issue, but I asked for one and was given only 138 (claimed to be 5% of the rental portion of the overall cost, but which works out to only 2.8% of the total I paid).

Best of everything

This was one that stands out in all of our travels. Communication with the rental agency was excellent and quick to respond. The house was large with plenty of space to spread out if needed. The decks, large bathrooms and beds were comfortable and appreciated.The description is accurate, so don’t expect anything not listed. A quick stop at the Publix was easy. We looked at several listings but this one still tops them. Location, size, proximity to more urban areas was important but the ambiance and peacefulness of the town were deciding factors. We will happily come back.
