Great host, nice room, loved the block from the beach and a lot of shops around! Short drive to the boardwalk. I would definitely use again!

No communication from the owner on how to access the unit until after check in started at 3 p.m. so we drove for 5 hours to get there not even knowing if we really had a place to stay. Pictures are deceiving. Very outdated and dirty unit. Floors were filthy. Bunk bed is broke and. Bathrooms were gross. There were not enough sheets to use the pull out bed and the trundle. Luckily we only booked one night. Couldn't wait to get out. Do not stay here. Plenty of other decent places in the area. Just the fact there were 4 contact people and no one was responsive is a red flag.

You can tell the owner doesn't care about this place since it is for sale. The place was dirty. Almost everything was broken, the drains for the tub and the master sink didn't work. We got this place with a tub because our grandson needed to take baths and you had to force something into plug to stop the water. What a joke. Location was terrible as it was tucked behind another hotel which made getting in and out of it terrible and dangerous. The only good thing about this place was the pool. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Stay away at all costs. We had to provide our own garbage bags and communication with the owner was a joke. Almost never got back to us and when they did it was always many many hours. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Everything was great. Was impressed with all the kitchen supplies that were available for us to use. Cleaner could do a little better, no sheets were on the trundle mattress, I had to look for them. We had to broom sweep the bunk room upon arrival. Overall, we enjoyed the place and our stay.

Great Stay and Location

The condo is very nice. It is centrally located to Seacrets, one of the best places in OC. We had no trouble at all staying there. It’s clean and the owner is very attentive, helpful, and nice. Thanks for the great day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Short stay

Good experience overall. Walking distance to many places. Property was pretty clean, a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, but aired out ok. We were missing some sheets for the trundle bed, but worked it out ourselves.

Thank you for your review. We apologize if there was a musty smell as the unit is throughly cleaned by our cleaners. As far as the trundle not being made there are extra sheets, blankets, pillows inside the wardrobe. Thank you.

Awesome Location

We stayed for two nights to attend a cheer competition in Ocean City, the condo was convenient to the convention center. The place was spotless! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, our only feedback was the waterproof mattress covers were crunchy! A softer cover would make the beds perfect.

At first, we couldn’t wait to arrive, but when we there, we didn’t receive a welcome notice to get into the unit. Upon arrival, the door was unlocked and we were able get in however didn’t have a way to lock the door and felt unsafe. I had to ask someone who referred me to the maintenance person. He tried calling the host with different numbers and couldn’t get an answer. When we finally were able to reach the host, he told me the lock number but the smart lock wasn’t working properly and needed batteries which the host said he had just replaced them recently. Issues with the unit: The couch was dirty and stained. They only gave us 4 bath towels (none extra), The TV wasn’t connecting to the internet. We texted the host and he wasn’t helpful and responsive enough. The sliding door lock is broken and a piece off the bottom frame is missing. The master bedroom sheer curtain made it difficult to change in fear the neighbors can see us. The water in master bathroom sink wasn’t going down when just brushing teeth. The shower has mildew on the bottom and bits and pieces were coming off when taking a shower. The other bathroom shower was a jacuzzi tub (jacuzzi not working) though you were able to shower, it was difficult to climb into the very high tub. The kitchen was ok. Some items needed to be rewashed. They had a can opener that had rust on it and the toaster oven was unkept. Overall this unit needs an overhaul or a new management. I’m sure I’m missing issues.

Cute place

Place was very cute and comfortable. Almost everything you need is provided. Very conveniently located beside Seacrests. A little feedback: We did not have toilet paper and had to go purchase some when we arrived around midnight. Also felt the cleaning company could do a better job making sure to wipe marks off the wall and more deep cleaning. Overall this is a great place and recommended to stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We had a great time.

Great condo

We stayed at the condo for a weekend and we could not have been happier. Detailed ‘instructions’ and helpful information were given to us a couple days prior to our stay. Owner responds quickly. easy check in and out process, clean, and comfortable. It was a little tight with 7 people, but it fit everyone. Pool only has sit down (not lay down chairs), and laundry is located on the first floor which we had to pay for. AMAZING location. Everything we had planned was (the furthest) an 8 minute drive. We would stay again!

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great. A lot of things to do close by. Our grandkids loved the pool time and bunk beds. It was very nice how the owners kept in touch before and during our time there. The previous renters forgot to return one parking pass and the owners informed us right away. It all worked out fine. Having the two parking passes was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here. Most places only give one. The only thing I could say that would have been nice is if the main bedroom curtains were darkening curtains. At 5:30 am it is bright as day in there. Otherwise we all had a very nice stay.

Great Place!

This was our first time renting a place through Vrbo and everything went amazingly well. The description of the place was accurate and the photos were very helpful. The instructions from the owner were clear and concise (even down to "how to open the main blinds"). The rental was spacious and perfect for those looking for a place to stay with kids (we had a 7 year old and the separate bedrooms with separate bathroom was exactly what we needed). The unit was clean and well-kept. The location was great for us. We didn't want to be right down by the boardwalk (this location was up near 49th) but we could walk 2 blocks to direct beach access that had the blue umbrella/chair rental stands right there). Lots of nearby food options (great breakfast cafe a half block away, another restaurant a block away). It sits right on the bay so the views were amazing. Parking was a breeze and clearly explained. We had only 2 minor suggestions: perhaps a darker/thicker curtain in the main bedroom (or a secondary curtain). Although the curtain in there was opaque, it was still fairly bright, even at night (obviously this is a personal preference). The other is that the bathtub in the 2nd room is rather difficult to get into/out of since the sides are so high (because it's a jet tub). Perhaps a little step stool would help? Also, I couldn't get the drain to seal in the tub so I couldn't really fill it up (but that may be user error). But overall, awesome place! Highly recommended!

Where to start. Had a couple of questions before our arrival and got no response. After booking and paying the owners for the full amount of our stay they then inform us the tub doesn’t work, the garbage disposal doesn’t work and even the code to get in was wrong. Sink in the master bathroom would not drain. Sink in the kitchen had difficulty draining. Outlet in bedroom not working. Sheets and towels were dirty. Couch is horribly stained. Case on the pillow in master bedroom was ripped. The place was absolutely disgusting-doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Curtains are barely hanging on. Master shower disgusting. Overall the place is in real disrepair. I would not recommend.

The listing made the place look clean and modern. We arrived to a rundown place. The sink was dirty, the bunk bed was broken, the one bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, furniture was stained, towels were discolored. Further, the host was rude and not helpful. The door lock system was not working properly so we contacted the host. To which the house cleaner called us and told us to go get new batteries and that would fix it. We drove and purchased new batteries and it still didn’t work. The host texted and said my husband didn’t put batteries in correctly (he is a grown adult) and that we did not need to replace batteries - his staff told us to do that! The house cleaner had to call us because the host was not responding and the unit door would not lock!

When we arrived the linens were in the hamper dirty and the trash was not taken out. There were also no garbage bags. I messaged and called the host to confirm that this means we need to wash the linens in the pay washer and dryer on the ground floor but got no response. I spent the first night (and about 15) washing the towels and linens. We also reserved this unit specifically for the trundle bunk bed but the trundle would not come out so one of our kids had to sleep on the stained sofa. There were a number of fixtures broken and the unit was generally much more run down than the photos. The location and pool were nice for a busy July 4th weekend.
