• THE PRIMARY SUITE: A luxurious retreat featuring a King bed, a Smart TV, and a cozy sitting area. The spa-like ensuite bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double-sink vanity, and a private water closet.
• GUEST SUITE 1: Showcases beautiful desert-modern decor, a plush King bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass step-in shower. A high clerestory window floods the space with soft, natural light.
• GUEST SUITE 2: Features a King bed, a ceiling fan, a private ensuite bathroom with a glass step-in shower, plus a dedicated desk setup for those times you need to work from home.

PER CITY RULES: No sound-amplifying devices (speakers) may be used outside. If used inside, noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities/outdoor games, or any other outdoor activities that create noise is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. ALL SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL OCCUPANTS SHALL RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' PRIVACY AND PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR PROPERTY.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 30-nights or more, the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract, which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No other animals allowed (yard not fenced)
