The property was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. The location is so convenient to Publix and restaurants. The lanai and pool were great. The property manager was super help and responsive. We will be back.

Marco Island Vacation

It was very clean and exactly as the description and pictures showed it would be. Pool was great. Enjoyed swimming each morning before going to the beach and each night when we got back. The beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were great additions for us. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and in a fabulous location. We rented a boat from Gator Boat rentals and they delivered it to the house’s dock for our stay. We went out and enjoyed the beautiful area fishing, shelling, and seeing dolphins each day. We used the fishing poles and rode the bikes to eat at some very delicious restaurants! We loved the crystal clear pool as well! Highly recommend this house - we will definitely be back!

Always a good sign when you walk into a house that smells and looks incredibly clean!

This is by far the cleanest house you will ever stay in! Besides the cleanliness-we Loved being on the water & the pool was a delightful plus. We spent a lot of the on the well-appointed (or well thought out) outdoor space. Fishing and sunbathing. Especially enjoyed the all the generous extras shared in the garage for the beach, pool, & outdoors. Even the items in kitchen…the pots & pans were really NICE as were the utensils, glassware & dishes. Excellent and rapid communication with the host. Very accommodating with a request. Easy check in and check out process. You won’t regret a stay with this host. They truly thought of everything!! Looking forward to a future stay at this lovely home.

Home away from home

My family of four stayed for 5 days at this home and it was amazing! Close enough to everything Marco has to offer to be able to ride to and the home has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more. The house was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in and again it has everything you could need so just pack your clothes...mainly your bathing suits and come ready to relax. The only negative part was that we wish we would have had more time to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxed vacation and we hope to be back again.

Lovely property

The house was great for us and Marco Island is easy to get around by car. It is well equipped in the kitchen and in the garage for recreational equipment. We had one other couple from our home town stay with us for a few days and it was perfect for visitors.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for a family to stay. Good location to restaurants and beach, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with bikes, beach chairs and a wagon to get it all there! We enjoyed the pool so much , too. House was clean, nice towels and beds slept well.

Accommodating for beach vacation

Plenty of toys included in rental 5 bikes kayak pool floats beach chairs diving fins, boogie boards, etc etc . My husband insisted mentioning as a guests we have NO CONTROL over the thermostat in the house …for example we go to bed when it’s freezing (not complaining) but then we wake in the middle of the night sweating!!!! The thermostat is programmed to change in the middle of the night . Also the 3 front door steps are steep and there needs to be a handrail available even a handrail is need going Down 3 steep Steps into the garage area … it’s an accident waiting to happen …. Personally one bedroom provides 3 single beds which includes a trundle …. Alllllll 3 matressss need upgraded so guests don’t wake up with sore backs … I have slept on awesome twin beds that felt like a cloud these felt like a hammock .. sagggging …. Not suitable for adults … would not want to rent this property again because of beds …and although the master en-suite is fit for a king …. there is very low water pressure in master king bedroom shower … the other full bathroom was great! Overall, location, amenities, all supplies, fufffy towels, living room and dining room very tasteful and outdoor living area very suitable for gatherings . We had a good time

Weekend Getaway

We have needed a break from running our business. Busy times and needing a break , this home fit right in. My wife and I stayed this time , but it is a perfect fit for any family. Great pool , canal access for a quick trip out to the islands. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back.
