Great stay

This is a new and outstanding mountain property. The location is perfect, the views from the walls of glass and deck are stunning and the property owner was very helpful.

Modern Mountain Getaway

Beautiful, modern mountain home. Great views! Perfect for my entire family’s ski vacation. Very accessible, and close to everything you need in Crested Butte. Short drive to great restaurants. Ethan was very responsive and delightful to deal with. We will be coming back!!

Spectacular Views

From the moment we walked up the stairs and saw the views, we felt like we were in another world. We saw fox, and deer in our front yard, horses grazing by the mountain. The house itself was great! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were so comfortable! The gym in the garage was an added bonus our family loved. The host was super nice and responded quickly anytime . We were sad to leave this home. We will definitely be back!

Wow!

My husband, daughter and I came to Crested Butte for a long weekend from Denver, and we were totally blown away by this home. Stunning architecture and some of the best views from the living room’s floor to ceiling windows we have ever seen, anywhere, period. Really well-located walking distance to ski slopes and hiking trails (we did some snowshoeing and sledding so this was great). Also a quick 10ish minute drive to town for some great meals. We will definitely be back in the summer during wildflower season. What a weekend….

Modern house with spectacular views!!

We couldn't get over the views from the floor to ceiling! Amazing! And, wrap-around deck, as well. Ethan responded quickly every time I messaged him, start to finish. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Supplies were generous. We totally enjoyed our stay...only drawback is that the sun does heat up the living area, because of all the windows...and, it takes a while for it to cool down. But, worth it for the views!! We also enjoyed the bike path that you can ride all the way down to town.

CB July 4th Getaway

Ethan’s property is beautiful inside and out. Honestly, the photos don’t really do it justice. View is incredible and the space was perfect for us, our 2 kids and grandparents. Kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances which worked great as we love to cook in and were grateful for high quality and well maintained cookware and cutlery. Great location, high enough up on Mt. Crested Butte that the traffic on Gothic Road is negligible and never hampered our time soaking up the beautiful views from the deck. The only thing we would add is a couple more outdoor seats. There is a couch which comfortably seats 3, but recommend bringing some camp chairs if you have more in the party. The home is modern, new and has many other pleasant surprises that you won’t find in older, well worn rentals (oversized garage can fit 2 SUVs with roof rack; peloton bike and full weights for use; thoughtful use of space overall). Host is helpful and responsive and the property is very well maintained. My only hesitation in writing this glowing review is that every year CB clearly becomes less and less of the well kept secret of Colorado, and maybe I could dissuade some new visitors if I had something negative to say! Nevertheless, we loved our special week in CB and hope to book this property again next year.

Beautiful home in a convenient location

This property was perfect for two families on a ski vacation. The floor to ceiling windows provide a phenomenal view but be sure to close the motorized shades during sunny days, because the living and kitchen areas warm up quickly. First Tracks picked us up daily in the driveway and it was a quick drive to base. The property sits far enough back from Gothic that road noise wasn’t a concern. We saw tons of wildlife around the house and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow banks. The beds are very comfortable and the two equally appropriate masters are spacious. The kitchen had almost everything we needed and supplies were plentiful. The house has a few quirky fixtures but the homeowner, Ethan, let us know ahead of time how to work them. Ethan was extremely responsive and checked in on us regularly throughout the week. Overall, it’s a fantastic rental and we can’t wait to come back.
