Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe and; Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

The property provides a primary bedroom with king sized bed, smart TV, and on-suite bathroom. The second guest room provides a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle and a smart TV, the third private bedroom (not a loft) has a queen bed, (toddler mattress in the closet), and a private deck with pool views. The bathrooms offer a stand up shower off the master, a tub/shower combo on the second level and a half bath on the main level. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dual Keurig and regular coffee pot. The garage is finished and ready for fun with a basketball hoop arcade system, smart TV, pub table, ping pong table, and wall bag toss.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
