Love location, wished it had better parking for more vehicles. Needs a handicap lift for the pool and also needs better access to get a beach wheelchair to the beach. Have to get it delivered then have to take down street to get on beach.

Love beach palms

We loved our stay at Beach Palms. Check in was easy and quick, and check out was simple even though we left before the office opened. We had a great week and loved all the space this unit had. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. There is also a ton of beach and pool equipment in the unit if you don’t want to bring your own. They have coolers, chairs, sand toys, float.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo- terrific view! Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The refrigerator ice maker needs to be fixed since it only dispenses crushed ice even if cubed is selected. The oven does not give you the temperature only Pre-heat on the panel. We would stay again.

Great stay

We loved staying here. Everything about it is beautiful. Gave it five stars on everything except four on cleanliness due to it needs to be mopped. Also the parking spot is quite tight even for a mini van. Would recommend and will stay here again.

We had a few minor issues with the Unit; the Florida Lifestyle team did a great job of getting them resolved quickly and without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely stay here again. There were some issues with the elevators.

Whether we VRBO or use Florida Lifestyles depending on what condo is available for the dates we are traveling. We prefer using Florida Lifestyles due to their customer service. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The condo itself was nice and had all the amenities you could need. The floor when we first walked in was filthy. Our baby who is crawling everywhere was so dirty from just being on the ground for 5 minutes. We did call about it and they came out the next day and took care of it and it was immaculate. The view is impeccable and the pool is wonderful. One of the best places to stay on Gulf Blvd. I wish the elevator was working. Having one elevator led to long wait times to get up or down. But we managed. It was a great trip and we can't wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for the week of spring break, 2023. Everything was very neat, well kept, and there wasn't anything lacking that we needed. They had a ton of beach supplies, canopy, chairs, floaties, etc, you name it, which is really nice for those visitors that are flying in and cant pack all of that stuff. The corner balcony overlooks the pool and the gulf, which is a double bonus, and the beach is beautiful with its white sugar sands. You won't regret booking this condo, it is well worth the $$.

Amazing views of the sunset from the balcony. It could use a little TLC; floor tiles are pretty chipped, kitchen garbage foot pedal was broken, some outlets didn't work. Nice pool area, beach and a fishing pier next door (technically part of adjacent property but never locked). As others have noted, the parking spot is essentially unusable unless you have a golf care and having only 1 elevator key is a nuisance, but we were always able to find a spot in the guest parking and work around the elevator key issue. They have a good selection of beach toys/chairs etc but no towels. Kitchen had everything we needed in working order

Beautiful Condo with a Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is very nice and there were many lounge chairs available all around the pool. There were lounge chairs with covers for rent on the beach. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were just as described. We would definitely come back again. Our only complaint - and this was minor - was that the online site said the property would have beach chairs and beach towels available. There were no beach towels and when we called to ask, we were told that "some people remove the beach towels from the property, so they are not guaranteed." That is fine and understandable, but we didn't pack any and so we had to buy them nearby. The paperwork from the office says they are not guaranteed, but it would be nice if that was clear online as well. Again, that was minor and everything else was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Place To Spend Thanksgiving

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this place is great! The location was perfect for us. The beach was just steps away and the white powder sand was like silk on your feet. Now for a few things to be aware of when renting this. The complex is secure which is great, but that also comes with a few challenges. We were given 2 sets of keys and an elevator key. You have to have a set of keys to access the beach and pool area and to get back into the building once you've exited. Not impossible, but when renting a 3 bedroom condo, 2 sets is challenging at times depending on what everyone wants to be doing. I would suggest the property owner include a third set of keys just to make it easier for everyone. The parking spaces are numbered for each condo and you are assigned one space. If you have a large full size vehicle, the space is quite narrow and you better be an excellent driver to use it. Not much the owner or rental company can do about this, just keep this in mind when renting this condo. We had a Honda Odyssey mini-van which required letting everyone out and then I'd park so I could hold tight to the passenger side so I could get out. Again, overall this place is great and we will definitely consider staying here again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to Indian Shores for many years. My first time at Beach Palms. Unit 507 was conveniently located from parking garage and a few steps off the elevator. I was expecting a haul but was pleasantly surprised. Inside it was spacious and I liked that the master BR was on one end and the 2 other BR were like almost the other end. Great for evening privacy. From 2 of the 3 bedrooms from in the bed, you can view and hear the ocean. Full closet of toys, beach chairs, 3 different sized coolers, automatic Ice maker made packing coolers a breeze. The restroom, changing room and shower off pool area was a nice added amenity. Was also just a few steps onto the beach. Fresh fish locally caught and served at many restaurants in area. Great complex when traveling with several people. I would return and rent this unit again. Refreshingly clean unit and complex, to me, that is what is very important to me. Although I always bring disinfectant wipes for common touch surfaces like remotes, light switches etc. But they do a great job keeping this unit clean.

Very large condo…But…

Beach palms 507 is large and accommodated family of 6 well, has perfect balcony for sunsets, and kitchen was well equipped. Has plenty of storage and closet full of beach equipment (coolers, chairs and sand toys) no beach towels.(just FYI) Now some constructive criticism: Dining room furniture is so wobbly (4 out of 6 chairs) we were afraid to use them. Balcony screen door was completely ripped out and just hanging to the top of the frame. Master bedroom door to balcony sticks and is hard to open and close. Main toilet makes a horrendous noise when flushing and sounds like a ship blow horn. Washing machine wobbles almost out of the closet while spinning.. load size didn’t matter. Both washer and dryer are very dated.. Those are all maintenance issues that should be resolved as soon as possible..but we also was not pleased by the lack of privacy for the master bathroom. I don’t know of anyone that would care to share in that experience and the lack of a real door was an inconvenience that I’m not sure we would pay as much as we did to deal with again. We visit annually and look forward to staying in the same area, but not sure if we would stay in same unit.
