Located at the heart of downtown Lawrence - 9th & Mass. This spacious suite (1,500 SF) has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and in close proximity to everything downtown. Windows overlook charming Massachusetts street and large skylights make the suite feel large and inviting. Smart televisions, fully kitchen, coin-op W/D, elevator access, and WIFI.

Parking
There is free parking on the upper floor of both parking garages downtown and free two-hour parking in lot behind the building. The closest garage is the New Hampshire Street garage which is one block directly to the East (behind the US Bank tower). There is also free parking and overnight parking in all city owned lots and on Massachusetts street after 6:00 pm until 9:30 am. Parking is free on Sunday.
The parking also can be paid with the app Passport – which works well and is very convenient.

Close to Lawrence restaurants and shops. Clean, modern, comfortable space that is great for two couples and kids. Check in and out was super easy. Parking was easy on a not homegame weekend.

The unit was great, really clean and cute! Very spacious! The location was fantastic. The owners were communicative and helpful. They even pinged us to let us know when the unit was ready in case we needed to check in early. This will be our #1 place to stay for our future visits to Lawrence. We highly recommend it.

This apartment set the stage for a perfect birthday weekend in Lawrence. Nestled right smack in the middle of Mass street, there is no shortage of things to do, eat or drink. Easy access to the unit by either stairs or convenient elevator. The unit itself was clean, bright and cheery with comfortable couch, swivel chairs in the living room and spacious beds that were equally as comfortable.. There are two full baths, equipped with lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. And, there was plenty of hot water for all of us. That’s definitely a plus! The kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils and cookware along with a coffee maker with plenty of cream and sugar. That was appreciated the next morning after a late night on the town! Overall, we highly recommend staying in this lovely unit!

Downtown hidden gem

My son and I and a friend and her daughter were coming to Lawrence for college orientation at KU. It was the perfect set up two bedrooms for the Mom’s and a bunk room for the upcoming freshman. It was super clean super centrally located, easy access and the skylights made the lighting, bright and beautiful.

Great stay in downtown Lawrence!

If you’re looking for a place close to all things in downtown Lawrence, you can’t go wrong with this location! We were in town for a business trip, and this place was perfect for our stay, and within easy walking distance of lots of great restaurants and breweries. Highly recommended, and will be back in the future!

Beautiful property in a great location

We had an awesome stay. The property is in great shape and has every thing you need for a wonderful stay. It is in an awesome location right on the main strip (this was also a little bit of a double edge sword as the street noise can be a little high at night so maybe bring a white noice machine). We enjoyed being able to walk every where from the prime location and enjoyed our stay. Would 100% stay there again.

Nice downtown location

In for a family wedding and this accomodated 6 of us very well. Clean, easy access to free parking nearby, and within walking distance to several restaurants.

This was our second time stay at John and Karry’s place. Again, it was very clean and comfortable. The location on my street is unbeatable as it is walking distance to nearly everything.

Fantastic stay on Mass!

You can't beat this location! We were in Lawrence to visit family and go to a KU basketball game. This place was perfect. Very clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed. John & Karry were very communicative and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place

This property was perfect for our two night stay. We were in town for a college visit and to take in a game. The location was perfect being right downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and bars. My wife was able to shop and really enjoyed the town. It was perfect for 5 of us to stay. Good size and just a good over vibe. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great spot in perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the UConn / KU game and it was a perfect location. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable and the space was even bigger in person. Highly recommend for any groups that want to be able to walk around downtown.

Great location!

We enjoyed all the shopping and dining options within walking distance. Downtown Lawrence at Christmas was spectacular! The host was responsive and available. A wonderful experience altogether!

KU Family Weekend

Perfect size and location for family weekend. We had two couples and one child that stayed in the unit, so we had more than enough space to hang out. It was clean, great location and it was easy to catch an Uber on game day. The hosts were fantastic, provided detailed instructions on access & parking and answered any questions we had quickly. We plan on booking it again for future visits.
