Parking is available for several vehicles underneath the house. There's an elevator that can be used to access the main level and assist with loading and unloading luggage and groceries. There are also two external stairways and one internal stairway from ground level to deck.

This home can be used for a quiet getaway or provide an adventure along the Eastern Shore. Although the property does not have a dock or boat, you can enjoy fishing off the bank, or bring kayaks to enjoy. There are local companies that will come pick you up from this location and take you up the Pocomoke River or into the Chesapeake Bay. If you have your own watercraft, there's a boat ramp nearby for easy access.

If you want to venture out a little further, there are several places worth visiting, including Pocomoke City, Crisfield, Chincoteague, Assateague, Salisbury, Berlin and Ocean City, MD.
