Your hideaway is in the desirable Twin Palms area, a short 2 miles to downtown shopping and dining. Ocotillo Lodge was designed by renowned architects Palmer and Krisel, built in 1957 on 7 acres by the Alexanders - a featured property during Modernism Week.

This is a beautifullly furnished, remodeled one bedroom open-floorplan Mid-century condo in the historic Ocotillo Lodge. Comfortable, stylish and tastefully decorated in modern Hawaiiana style with fun artwork and antique accouterments. Danish modern period furniture, your own tiki-themed drink cart add to the flair. Modern kitchen that`s perfect for cooking a romantic meal in -- top-end appliances and cookware.

Parking onsite in a lot that surrounds the complex -- super fast and easy access into the building, with immediate access to the unit up a short flight of stairs.

Community amenities include two jacuzzis, the biggest private pool in Palm Springs (famous champagne-cork shaped), and Sunset community grill area for evening cocktails, poolside.

The grounds of the Ocotillo Lodge are spectacularly landscaped and maintained with desert flora and abundant Washingtonian Palms will delight your senses as you stroll around complex for your evening walk :)

There are walkable amenities nearby with groceries (Ralph`s), restaurants (SOPA, King`s Highway, 533 Viet Fusion, Native Foods, El Mirasol and Elmer`s) and the best coffee in Palm Springs (Koffi South PS).

Downtown Palm Springs is a 6-minute straight-shot drive, and the airport is 12 minutes. Parking is super easy onsite; car is recommended to get around (Uber/Lyft are also possible).

You will be welcomed by our concierge (available throughout your stay) at check-in, in accordance with local Palm Springs short-term rental laws. Contact information will be provided at check-in.

Twin Palms is a historic neighborhood on the southern end of Palm Springs and one of the most sought after in Palm Springs due to its abundance of quintessential MCM homes. Nearby walking-distance amenities include the Smoke Tree shopping center (groceries, restaurants, shipping, shopping), coffee (Koffi Palm Springs), restaurants (SOPA, Elmer`s, King`s Highway, PS Underground, 533 Viet, Native Foods Vegetarian, El Mirasol) and much more. Additionally, nearby Indian Canyon and other abundant trails for cooler-weather hiking make this literally a slice of heaven!

There is parking onsite and walkable amenities nearby (within 3-10 minutes` walk).

The city of Palm Springs requires that you are 25 years or older to book this property, no exceptions. Absolutely no pets, no exceptions (due to severe allergies).

The City of Palm Springs and Ocotillo Lodge HOA require a signed rental agreement and photo ID after booking is made (we will send these to you via Hellosign for convenient and quick e-signature); check-in is coordinated in-person with our local agent who is available 24x7.

Maximum 2 adults per City of Palm Springs; absolutely no pets (due to allergies).

No additional guests allowed on the property or in the unit without prior approval.

🔇 NOISE (STRICT CITY ORDINANCE)

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Audibility: No noise or music should be audible from outside the unit/patio at ANY time.

Consequences: Violations may result in eviction and city fines.

👞 NO SHOES INSIDE Please remove shoes upon entry to keep the unit clean.

🪵 FURNITURE CARE (IMPORTANT)

Coasters & Hot Pads: You MUST use the provided coasters and hot pads on all wood furniture.

Damage: Damage to furniture (water rings, heat marks) will be billed at the full cost of replacement.

🔥 FIRE SAFETY & OILS

No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside or on the patio.

Prohibited Items: No candles, incense, massage oils, or outside cooking appliances allowed in the unit.

♻️ MANDATORY COMPOSTING California law requires food waste be composted. We are fined if food is found in the trash. Please use the provided compost bin for all food scraps.

🏊 POOL RULES

No glass or food in the pool area.

No children in the Jacuzzi.

Do not leave personal items (towels, floaties) overnight.

Please respect long-term residents.
