Praktisk til skibus og kun otte trin ned til dette fritidshus. Nyd vinteren udsigt over Loon Mountain fra indbydende stuen eller den rummelige dæk. Placeret på posten niveau er en fuld bad og et soveværelse med en queensize seng. Det store soveværelse er på den nederste mest gulvet. Det store soveværelse har en queen size seng og fuld privat bad. De levende, spisestue og køkken områder er på midt-niveau byhus. Dækket er også adgang fra midt-niveau. Den højeste etage af byhus holder hems med to enkeltsenge og et sæt køjesenge.

This is an ideal place for families to stay when visiting Lincoln,NH. This is the way to stay when in Lincoln, much better than a hotel! The condo is directly across the street from Loon Mountain and provides views of the slopes from the deck. It is spacious enough and holds 8 people comfortably. The recreation center has several pools and hot tubs which provide a nice break after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay and will be visiting here again in the future!

After reading the reviews we decided to book this condo, and just wondering did the guest that left reviews really stay there, this condo was extremely musty and loft room were not inviting do to AC vents sticking out of the windows and ac on a the chest of drawers, some lights not working, but the worst was the musty odor as we had to wash all of clothes

The house was excellent. Everything was good. No complaints at all.The only downfall I found was if you go for a walk, it is about a half mile all downhill to get to the main road but then it is a half mile all up hill to get back.It is a little farther from Lincoln than I liked but that is what happens when you wait to get a place.That being said, the fireworks and the house were excellent.

The property description was accurate as pictured, except in much worse condition up close and in person. There was long term dust and bug carcasses in every corner of the entire house. The musty mold smell in the basement bedroom is unbearable making the room unusable. There were 3 portable air conditioners in the entire townhouse, which was not enough since their vents were not sealed off properly in the windows to prevent hot air back into the house. The main level/ front bedroom has no ac in it making it very hot to sleep in on hot nights. The toilet seats are old loose and dirty. The kitchen counter tops have dead bugs behind the tea pot. The dishwasher doesn’t properly and securely latch. The tan couch is worn with a huge rip in the middle cushion. The decorative pillows on the couches look like they’ve never been washed. The top twin bunk bed railings is loose and dangerous. Bugs on the night stand in the twin bed loft area upstairs also and a bottle cap was left on the night stand. I suspect mold mitigation is needed in the basement since it was causing respiratory issues in my elderly in-laws. I would hire a new cleaning service. The main level bathroom light switch intermittently. Limited flat pillows. Dusty fans. There are so many little things wrong with this rental that it makes me wonder if they are missing the important stuff when it comes to cleanliness, i.e. bedding, sanitizing bathroom areas also. This townhouse was not worth the 300 a night.

So if you inquire about this rental ask if is been taken care of . We tried to air it out with no luck.The agency was notified .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looncondoconnection and Susan are great. The unit, however, was not my favorite. I've stayed at the village of loon every summer since 2002 and this is the first unit I cannot actually recommend. The master downstairs is very, very damp and humid, and there is a smell that is fairly strong, like mildew or mold. The beds are not comfortable and my guests actually went out and bought an air mattress instead of sleeping in their bed. Not much has been updated. Overall, it is fine for a couple of nights but that's about it.

Thank you for your candid review. We've been in touch with the homeowner and by this weekend, both queen beds and 2 twins will be replaced, Two sofas will be replaced with another sofa and arm chair, keeping the leather one in place. They are also ordering a dehumidifier unit. We hope you'll come back and try the updated version this fall.

While this unit looked like the rest, in terms of layout, but it was more worn down. The furniture was in bad shape (the dresser was missing the metal tracks, the bench at the door was unstable, curtains upstairs were a nightmare and a few other things). Also the smell of mildew and must was so bad that we needed to use air fresheners from the car. The smell from the dishwasher and sink was terrible and not cleaned out.The rug looked brand new and it was very clean. Overall the place just needs updating and some TLC. My family and I still had a great time and were able to continue our vacation without issues, we just avoided using the dressers, etc.

Great stay but unit needs significant updating

The bedroom with the bunk and queen bed has a cramped and impractical layout. It is very difficult to enter the room because the queen bed is oversized for the floor layout.In the main bathroom, there was something wrong with the shower knob - it was difficult to set the correct temperature - it should be repaired.The kitchen layout is substandard. Only 1 person could be doing anything in there at a time. The knobs on the stove were so faded as to be impossible to read normally, so we could not tell whether the element was on high or low or off. The oven should come with instructions. The timer did not work and the mode selector was not obvious.

We're glad that you enjoyed your stay. We'll check into the shower and stove knobs. The kitchen of most Village of Loon units can be a little cramped, due to the fireplace being the 3rd wall.
