Walk across the street to the best brewery in town! Grocery Store behind property. St. Patrick Hospital 1 block away. Several downtown shops and restaurants abound here. Paddleheads Stadium within walking distance. Dogs welcome too. Canoe, paddleboards, and bikes available most of the time as well.

Great, convenient place. - good for dog

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient to town and amenities. There were two adults and a dog in our party, and it worked well. There was plenty of space, good places to walk the dog, a grocery store a block away, cooking facilities for breakfasts, and some games, etc in the place for evenings. We enjoyed our stay in Missoula immensely!

Great place to access Missoula!

Very comfortable and easy access to downtown, kitchen was complete enough (without an oven) to make all the food for my daughter's graduation party. Jennifer reached out to make sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend for a small party of 2-3 who are busy doing all that Missoula has to offer!

Pictures of property on the VRBO app do not accurately reflect what we experienced including the bookcase being gone. There are spots of disrepair including finding the bed broken upon arrival. Bed was fixed, but it was stressful as we began our vacation. Coffee maker was dirty and bathroom vent was very dusty. It is nice that a grocery store and a great brewery are very close. Hopefully the update listing for future visitors.

Lovely cottage!

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great stay in June 2023. The pictures don’t do the space justice: the common space has high ceilings and tons of light, and the sleeping area is up a half flight of steps. The bathroom and kitchen are well-stocked. Overall we felt very comfortable. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Missoula, and the neighborhood amenities (grocery store, brewery, restaurant) are super convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Within walking distance of everything, but super quiet! Furnished with everything my daughter and needed. I will definitely try to reserve again next time we're in Missoula.

Cute and cozy with an AMAZING tub!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cute with a well stocked kitchen.The little sleeping loft was fun for the kids. The soaking tub was great!!

This is a very comfortable little cottage that worked well for the two of us. The main bed is very comfortable. The cottage is also centrally located with a dedicated parking spot.

Hospital Support Team

The location was great for visiting the Hospital, 6 min walk, & 2min walk to grocery store. Great location for our needs. The heated floor in the bathroom was great.The only issue we had was the TV, the regular channels never worked, images were all pixelated, & the ROKU home screen came up, however the TV remote would not control the ROKU menu. A separate remote for the ROKU was not provided?

Cute and comfy !

Super cute, very comfortable!!! We felt right at home. I absolutely love the bathtub. It is huge and so relaxing! The one thing I would watch out for is red across the street is another alley house that has the same exact address. Make sure you're at the right one.

Perfect Comfy Spot Close to Downtown

This was the second time I've stayed here and again it was the perfect place. Accommodating to my little pets. Easy access to downtown and had everything I needed for my stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

This was the perfect little getaway for my boyfriend and I with our 2 dogs. Plenty of room, very clean, great location, comfortable bed. Lots of activities for kids if you are traveling with them- games, puzzles, cards. Kitchen and bathroom were a good size. Would stay here again!

Great space and location!

My son and I had a great stay before dropping him off at UM. Great location; within walking distance of a grocery store, cafe, and brewery. Easy access to a private parking spot right at the door of the tiny house. The window air conditioner and box fan were necessary! Nice size bathroom. Fold out couch-bed worked ok with a little extra cushioning. Nice little kitchen too. Responsive host. Overall a great and recommended stay!

Nice place for 1 or 2

Very easy to find and you park your car right at the door. The kitchen is small and could use a few more utensils if you plan on cooking. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. It did get a little hot at night so a fan would be nice. There is A/C but a fan would make a big difference. Had a great time.

Great weekend in Zootown!

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect for walking around, it was clean and that bathroom was awesome! I don't think 5 could comfortably sleep here, we had 4 and we were on top of each other. The bed on the "loft" was only reachable by standing on the queen bed upstairs and was a mattress on the floor- so not super comfy. However, for a family of 3 or less- perfect and lovely!

Great Place

This rental was perfect for our weekend getaway! House was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. My kids loved all the activities they had to play with. Property owner was very kind and checked in, bringing us coffee and suggesting local places. We would definitely use this place again! It was great. Only suggestion would maybe be for more comfortable pillows! Though we usually bring our own we forgot this time .
