• Oceanview Deck: Step out onto the expansive deck with a large couch, bar seating, and beautiful ocean views

• Third Floor Loft: The spacious loft includes a couch, desk, and three beds, offering a flexible space for sleeping, relaxing, or catching up on work

Guest access
Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.

• No Pets Allowed

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies.

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!

• There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Parking is on the pavers or gravel, do not block the driveway for neighbors.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
