Pirate Villas - PRIVATE SUNDECK med PLUNGE POOL

'Pirate Villas' er en privat 3-etagers villa ved vandet på North Ambergris Caye. Praktisk beliggende kun en kilometer nord for San Pedro Town centrum i et af de mest eksklusive områder i Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

Den nederste enhed indebærer en king size seng, håndlavet af en lokal håndværker af eksotisk belizisk krigertræ, opholdsstue med nyt komfortabelt sovesæt, fuldt udstyret køkken med franske døre, der åbner op til sin egen private springbad med brugerdefineret belizean hårdttræ, 40 "fladskærms kabel-tv, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og et specialdesignet badeværelse.

Nyligt renoveret i 2016 med eksotiske mexicanske lerfliser indendørs og udendørs med en varm mosaikfinish i hele villaen. Bærbar WIFI til brug på ejendom kun inkluderet for din bekvemmelighed.

Dyk pool: Afkøles med en tropisk øcocktail i din private 5 fod dybe Dypbad med en fantastisk solnedgangsudsigt lige ved bunden af dækket.

Vores bundenhed er perfekt til et par. Anden enhed er forbeholdt ejere. Ejere er sjældent hjemme, derfor har du privatliv.

Pirate's Treasure Restaurant & Bar: Beliggende ved indgangen til ejendommen i vejkanten, der ligger 400ft væk (fra Villaen), giver det bedste karibiske køkken, der er specialiseret i Lionfish-opskrifter, åbent kl. 16 og køkken lukker kl. 23.00. Et sjovt sted, hvor turister og lokale mødes for en dejlig tid.

We had a wonderful time at the house . It was so quiet there was no road noise from the main road . We loved the pool & watching & feeding the iguanas .Maresha was a fantastic host & a world of information of where to go on the island ! Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach was awesome food ! Fun games and great food !We enjoyed out trip so much !Definitely would go back !!

We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Amazing location - just a bit north from the bridge and sitting back from the road away from the noise and hustle off downtown - a real sanctuary !!!The plunge pool is amazing to jump in when you get home -we loved pirate house and visiting the Pirates bar and restaurant on secret beach !!!I am so gratefull we found you !!

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable. If you're looking for affordability and basic needs met, this is a good choice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have long hair so a strong shower is important to me and the water pressure was excellent. Pool was ice cold in Jan but it was nice to look out onto it and the lagoon from the kitchen window. The owners mom works there and is the nicest lady ever. Many precious kudos to her.

Great little apartment.

Nice place with good location. Excellent management. No sign of crocodiles - we were hoping to see one. Plunge pool isn't heated so, a little too cool to use in January. Excellent SCUBA in Ambergris Caye.

Great location and beautiful comfortable unit with private pool. We were provided with free bottled water throughout the stay. The bathroom was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need for our stay including sunscreen and women's toiletries (which I forgot to pack). The owners live in the unit upstairs and they respected our privacy. However, we also appreciated having them there because they were easily reachable for any concerns and they gave awesome recommendations as needed on local hot spots to check out and things to do. They were superhosts that went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If returning to Belize I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, great hosts

We loved Pirate Villas. Check in with Janet was a breeze. She was friendly and helpful. On day 2 we met the owners, Maresha and Jason. They were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and even invited us upstairs for Christmas dinner. It was so fun and Maresha is an amazing cook! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Waterless vacation

Very dark with several structures along the driveway. Situated on a lagoon which has crocodiles.. there are no warning signs posted nor is there any mention in the 3 ring binder compiled my the owner.There were no boundries. The owners mother knocked on the door to either turn off the water or check on the water several times a day

The perfect, just out of the way suite for a solo or couple.

Excellent communication from pre booking questions, check in, very kind host/ess. A small issue was dealt with immediately, nothing that was a big deal, the kind host/ess who was onsite partially during the stay did a quick day 1 check to ensure I had all I needed and everything was ok. The visit was well timed and well executed. This unit is North of the bridge by just a bit, so close to nice coffee shops, meal options and if one wants to get right into town it is very easy. Great shower, comfortable bed, lovely plunge pool, quiet, well designed unit. A great little bird watching locationwith the mangrove and waters edge area. The unit is new, I look forward to seeing the landscaping as it evolves when I return as it seemed to be work in progress. One thing: The unit needs a place to hang clothes, that was the only thing I could have used as I like to hang my clothes when it is very humid.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again. When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.

Great location and property

The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.

Slice of Paradise

I absolutely loved everything about the villa , the location , the plunge pool ! All of it was fantastic. The bedroom dloes get pretty warm during the heat of the day as the bedroom doesn't have a.c. like the rest of the unit does , but it does have fans. I still think the whole place is phenomenal and the a.c. in the living room and kitchen is excellent. I had a small maintenance request and reached out and it was fully fixed within an hour. The communication and friendliness with everyone on the property was absolutely amazing. The plunge pool is perfect for one or 2 ppl. Belize was my dream trip , and if i ever get the chance to return I will absolutely reserve this villa again. I also noticed since it is a bit more tucked away I could see more stars at night and I had 0 issue with any loudness around me. Thanks to all there for making it an amazing stay !

Great location on Ambergris Caye

Great location, private, easy access to San Pedro without the hustle and bustle of downtown/in town. The only complaint is that it is on its own well water, and the shower/stool/sink water smells of Sulfur. Other than that, it was a great location, we really enjoyed our week’s stay.

We had adequate communication prior to our visit. We were greeted by staff when we arrived and shown the property. Comfortable bed and basic kitchen and bath items. The restaurant on the property was not open but they had another restaurant in a different location (Secret Beach area). Get clear directions if you are headed that way. Private and quiet location was appreciated. The washer was having some issues and we were offered use of the staff washer. No big deal for us-we made it work. Unfortunately the weather was cloudy and rainy during our stay. We ended up leaving a couple of days early to find the sunshine in Placencia. We were successful. We did not request or expect a refund of our unused time. After all no one can force the sun to come out. It was our first trip to Belize and chose our accommodations after some research. This location is perfectly fine for a couple. I believe the 2nd and 3rd floors were occupied by the owners brother. The apartment was basically clean, some dust under the bed appeared to have been there a while. Overall a pleasant trip.

Everything we needed close to San Pedro

The villa is the ground floor of a 3 level house, and is about 15 min by golf cart from the airport and center of San Pedro. Facing onto the lagoon side of Ambergris Caye, it has an unobstructed view of the water and mangroves. Being on the west side, the small (non-swimmable) beach was unaffected by the unfortunate abundance of summer sargassam plaguing the east side of the Caye. The house has a small pool which we found very useful, and the property is well equipped with necessary items. The owners provide drinking water as needed, and the pool is cleaned daily. The place was perfect for the week that we spent (August) and we were very comfortable.

Excellent location and value

Check-in was a breeze with keys hanging in the door. Janet, Sylvia, Brandon and all the remaining Pirates staff are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the Island. Pirates Villa is conveniently located close to San Pedro Town night life and restaurants but outside the "loud zone". Definitely recommend Jason and Marisha's place to solo and couples as well. I will stay here again.

Tres Cocos is Unbelizeable. It is one of the most exclusive areas on Ambergris Caye. It is a short walk to San Pedro Town as well as many restaurant, bars and markets. Belize is the only English speaking Country in Central America, which make it great when communicating with the locals. The 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is located 1/2 mile off the coast of Ambergris Caye. The people on the island are very friendly and helpful. Belize has lots of activities and adventures to experience.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The villa is nestled in the perfect location on the island, away from the bustling town yet close enough to most entertainment in the well sought after Tres Cocos Area. A 10 mins golf cart ride to the center of town. Our rental space is waterfront, lagoon side, perfect for Sunset Views and enjoying nature whilst birdwatching, colorful large resident iguanas playing and feeding. Owner/Manager lives on property but it's still a very private rental experience as they are usually occupied. Enjoy, leisure fishing for mangrove snappers etc right off the property... it's also a known area for professional fly fishing. Aside from the usual maintenance staff, you get to enjoy the lagoon area to yourself. Amazing restaurants, bars such as Crocs Sports Bar, Pur Restaurant, The Doghouse, Rumdog, 303 Belize etc.. and grocery stores are within walking distance but renting a golf cart is highly recommended for general island exploring and errands. Nearest Dive Shop is a block away but most companies can pick you up from the dock located directly across the street on the oceans side, a 600ft walking distancing. We hope to come enjoy your vacation with us.
