Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time $111.53 fee is paid directly to the HOA via their online portal (link sent after registration). Guests must pre-register with names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk; wristbands are in the unit and must be left at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.

You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside.
