Lovely Modern 2Bdrm Home, Close to FLL & Beach
Our newly-renovated Dania Beach home is all set for the perfect stay! Located just off of the main road, it's a quiet, yet centrally located area, and a quick drive to FLL Airport, restaurants, bars, entertainment options, and of course the beach! There’s plenty to do in Dania Beach, from swimming, hiking, shopping, cycling, and more! Guests will have all of the amenities needed for a great, worry-free stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, wifi, dedicated workspaces, and shared laundry.
The space:
Guests will be staying in the front half of a single-level duplex. It was recently renovated and has been outfitted with new furniture, linens, and finishings throughout. The interior feels very modern and comfortable, a great place to relax. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with a queen bed. The full bathroom has a shower, tub, and toiletries for guests.
The cozy living room is the ideal space for guests to relax. Get comfy on the couch and watch a movie on the smart TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace for guests working on the go! The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessities to cook the perfect meal during your stay. Please feel free to enjoy the shared backyard, seating area, and BBQ!

There is a shared laundry room, free to use for guests.
Please enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in our beautiful backyard! This is a shared space for guests from the duplex to relax and enjoy.

**Please be mindful of the wildlife that is present in our backyard, including birds, rodents, lizards (especially iguanas), etc. They are harmless, however, we strongly ask that guests do not feed or try to pet the wildlife.**
This unit is located in the front half of the property. There is free parking at the front of the property.

I’ve been a certified arborist for 40 years, and have recently been crossing over into short-term rentals as part of my semi-retirement plan.
