Lovely Studio apartment. Very clean and beautiful quiet surroundings. Perfect for a couple or a single traveler. Beth and David were attentive host while giving privacy. Great find !!

An excellent place for one person or a couple. We apprecaited the cleanliness and clear communication about use of appliances, TV, heat, AC etc. The setting is very tranquil and private, bed is comfortable though it is a double bed, not a queen sized bed...we fit just fine. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a meal in terms of pots and pans. This is a great hopping off point to explore Belfast, Camden and Rockport.

The Perfect Place for Us

Staying in this unit was perfect for us. It was close to family, affordable, comfortable, and did not lack anything we might have needed.

Comfortable Loft

The space was comfortable and clean. There was easy access to Camden waterfront, Belfast and all the areas we wanted to visit.

Great stay in Searsmont Maine!

We had a lovely stay at the studio apartment beautifully kept lots of extra amenities- washer dryer, well equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. Fun places to explore. Definitely will return if the apartment is available.

Nice apartment fit for a couple of people. Had all the amenities of home. Communications and expectations were clearly laid out. Even TV use had clear instructions.

Home away from home

We appreciated a place to call home for the days we were away and needed a comfortable place to return to each day. Communication was excellent and easy to book our stay. Thanks again!

Calm, second home in rural Maine!

Beth's and David's property is exactly what we were looking for. A well organized space to live in for a few or more days. Very well equipped, we missed nothing. We would very much like to go there again as soon as possible!

Super hosts who’ve thought of everything

Super-well equipped, bright, pleasant studio loft with super-attentive hosts who have thought of everything. Effortless check-in and check-out. Full kitchen with every imaginable device. Complete privacy, clear documentation and not a hint of a problem. Well-located, with scenic Maine drives everywhere.

Great apartment

Beth has been great! Accommodating and friendly. My son is staying there for a temp job in Belfast and he has nothing but great things to say. Communication is timely and polite.

So welcoming!

The apartment was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Lots of nice little touches, including a fun local treasure hunt. Beth was super helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Renting kayaks and enjoying a day on Quantabacook Lake was absolute perfection. We will come back here as soon as we can!

Home away from home

This was a very pleasant and spacious apartment with many thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was outfitted with a keurig and coffee pot, cooking oils, etc. There were 2 suitcase holders to my friend’s delight. The furniture was comfy, the TV large and the bathroom clean and well equipped. Ac and fan available. They thought of everything

Visiting family

Stayed here while visiting my daughter doing an internship in the area. Well suited for my needs: very quiet, clean, had everything to cook a simple meal. This is up a bit of a narrow staircase around the back of the garage so it would be challenging for some. But I enjoyed the space, the bed was comfortable, wifi was good. There was some nice bird watching out the window, including wild turkey. A drive to most amentities though, if that's important to you then you may not be happiest here.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Kathy! I would just like to mention (in case anyone reading this review would think that the stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow) that the stairs are inside in a fully finished, standard sized, standard incline stairwell with good lighting, a landing halfway up and sturdy handrails. It was designed for my elderly mother to use. And yes, I agree, Searsmont is a quiet small Maine town with a general store downtown which has a deli. There is also a local brewery with a Pub, and for more urban entertainments you will have to drive less than 20 minutes to Camden or Belfast, We are not for people who want to be surrounded by the city! Our best entertainment offerings here are wildlife, outdoor activities and peace and quiet. Please come back any time!

This was a great property! It was very clean and it was cute. The washer and dryer were convenient. The full kitchen would be great for longer stays. There is even a scavenger hunt the hostess has put together. We unfortunately didn’t get time to do it. If you stay be sure to schedule in some time for it because it looked really fun.
