Perfect for a small group 4-6 people...! Great location...beach access through the condo development is a great plus! Close to town, ( $10.00 cab) walking distance to a very popular restaurant ...so a bit of night life if wanted close by / weekends only.) but you won't really be compelled to leave much. Of note, not particularly "kid friendly" but that should be obvious from the pics. It is a great little gem!

We really enjoyed our stay, they responded quickly to our requests. Having a private pool was great for our kids. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Disappointing

The photos are spectacular lbut deceiving. The villa is run down and needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to par. The pool and spar never worked properly and the spa is quite dangerous with missing covers and legs and feet were sucked in quite painfully. The maid service is very poor. The floors were grubby and dirt was under the carpets and they were never vacuumed. I slept in the under quarters which was very dirty, no coffee maker, no dish soap, no dish towels etc. the floor is badly stained and the step is really dangerous and needs a light or paint strip. As I walked down the steps there was Dog poop from the large dog which stank and was never cleaned up. The bright lights outside were disturbing as they shone in the windows straight onto the bed all night. I would not recommend this villa for seniors as there are steps everywhere inside and out. The price is too high. I expected much more luxury and higher standards of workmanship for this price. The location is good in that it is cheap to taxi into town and Walmart is close by to stock up. The Mona Lisa restaurant is very close and spectacular- the best part of the trip. Jen

The Villa is wonderful . It has a million-dollar view from the master bedroom balcony .

The house is well-equipped with everything you need and the concierge Christian and staff were wonderful . Mona Lisa A short walk from the Villa is awesome . Best bet is to go to Costco and load up on supplies including drinking water . Small store a block away is great for Fillion . Round trip into town for a group is $80 for cab fare. Local bus available for one dollar each way . I would definitely go back

We were beyond impressed with this house and it's spectacular view of the ocean from all areas of the home. We brought our two kids (ages 13 and 15) and were so content and relaxed, we had no need to leave the house. The amazing view from the kitchen while preparing meals was a favorite part of every day. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the top deck watching the sun go down with a cocktail. Would definitely stay there again, we were sad to leave our own personal paradise.

Not what we expected...

We booked this villa based on the reviews the villa had, and pictures we saw online. The views from the villa are amazing, but the place needs some TLC, a better manager and staff. When we arrived at the villa the only person there was the maid and she didn't speak English at all. I'm not saying that everybody in Mexico should speak English but, as a manager, when you know you have guests that speak English you make sure you have someone present that can communicate with the guests. We had to figure out on our own how everything in the house works and where everything is because we couldn't understand the maid and she did not understand us. The house was not clean at all when we arrived. You could see sand everywhere especially in the bathrooms, probably from the previous renters, which should have been cleaned. The internet and house phone did not work until the 5th day out off our 7 day stay, and that was after multiple "handymen" were sent to fix it!! We had to use our roaming almost the entire time. We also did not have water pressure in the house for 4 days so 8 people had to take turns to shower and one day we had no water at all for 5 hours. The cleaning crew lacked, all they did was make our beds. Vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms well did not happen so I really can't tell you what we paid cleaning for. On the last day the manager came to pick up the money for the groceries from the night we had a private chef and she did not say more then two words to us. We were expecting her to ask how everything went and if we enjoyed the villa instead she took the money turned around and left. So needless to say the service we received was not good at all!!! We travel quite a bit and even stayed in Cabo before, and this is by far the worst experience we've had as far as our stay and service, we will not be returning!!!!

LOVED this trip but might not chance a repeat visi

The villa is gorgeous and well-maintained. We utilized the services of the chef for breakfast and lunch every day and loved it! The only con was the construction noise from surrounding villas. Luckily for us the villa directly next to us was not yet completed...when it has guests staying there, they will be able to walk out on their balcony which is directly above the Page pool area. Guests to the Page villa will be able to see and hear their every move. Also there is a large palm tree blocking the view of the ocean from the bottom floor of the villa that could easily be trimmed. We loved our stay this time as all surrounding villas were uninhabited but would not want to stay there when all villas have guests.

Villa Page: Highest Expectations, EXCEED!

We went to the Page Villa for our honeymoon. We have went before to Mandarins, Four Seasons, St.Regis, Hyatts, Ritz, -you name it! Yet,The Page Villa has become our true favorite! Hospitality! First class service left us comparing other Villas with the thought...'it was sure great service, but nothing like the service received at the Page Villa'. Cabo was a very significant experience for it was our first trip as a married couple and everyone around us seemed to get it, from the housekeeping service, always friendly and respectful. The property management was very accessible at all time, she introduced us to Christian our map into the full-Cabo-Experience, -Whale watching season to its best! We really did felt at home, the Villa accommodated us in such a perfect way, from sunsets in our balcony, to fresh groceries to Chef Paco fine winning just for the two of us! Great evening at the Villa. Mr.and Mrs.Smith.

Amazing, beautifully maintained property.

Jimmy Page Vacation Villa is a beautifully maintained ocean front property with all of the amenities of home and more! The listing description is 100% accurate. As soon as I arrived and stepped inside the gorgeous home I was mesmerized by the incredible view and the scent of fresh cut flowers that were placed throughout. The owner provided excellent customer service and was professional and courteous. The Maintainence staff is very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend this property and I am planning a return trip. The beach, dining, nightlife, paddle boarding is all very close and the area is easy to navigate. I felt safe and secure at all times. I look forward to planning my next vacation with Zuki Page in the near future. The sunrise and sunsets in Cabo are the best that I've ever seen.

Beautiful Villa

My two sisters and I spent a week at the Villa. The place was so beautiful and the art just made the place. It took me several days to see it all. The villa is very large with lovely spanish architecture. The bathrooms were really great also. The villa was everything we had hoped for. Listening to the waves of the ocean was wonderful! Betha the housekeeper was also wonderful! The only negative is there is a huge home being built next to it and another villa being finished up. The noise from construction was a bummer. Also there is a large palm tree blocking the view of the ocean from the bottom floor of the villa that could easily be cut.

Excellent experience at Jimmy Page Villa

We book the Jimmy Page Villa for one week in Cabo, at first because of the name now I’ll defiantly go back and recommended for the service the quality and comfort, trust me it was the best family time we have ever had. First of all we got immediate response to our inquire and questions from Zuki the owner, who was very kind and helpful, she immediately make us feel in a safe place and ones we book we feel like old-time friends; we kept close communication with her before our arrival she was very attentive to our needs and arrange everything for us to the point that when we check in we have our fridge and kitchen stock up with our usual stuff we really made of the Page Villa our home for two weeks. Bertha our housekeeper was very sweet and hospitable, great with the kids we request her services every day she made coffee and cook breakfast every morning and prepare a picnic basket for our beach days. The villa was always impeccable the beds are very best super comfortable nice linens. The villa views and peacefulness the sound of the ocean the sunsets by the terrace everything was amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool, it even has a slide! All of the amenities are upright and top of the line, Zub-cero refrigerator and icemaker plus all the utensils I’m used to. I cook for the family just like do at home. Christian our concierge explained us about the area, made us feel comfortable and well taking care of, and linked us to the different activities the kids were interested in, he also suggested and arrange a family fishing day what a great idea we laugh so much we caught 40 pounds mahi-mahi en 3 football size tunas that we barbecue the next day it really was unforgettable experience. Overall my families experience was excellent, and for our first time in Cabo, we are proud to say it was the best choice for our Family!

The location is excellent, the views spectular, the pool absolutely delicious; it's very private and secure and completely and finely equipped with all necessary items, including pool toys and kitchen supplies. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Best Place in Cabo!

There were four of us staying at the Jimmy Page for a week. Suki was most helpful, as was the housekeeper and the concierge. Everything was in excellent condition and when we needed help, Suki was only a phone call away. The grounds are immaculate and it was very relaxing. We opted to do our own food shopping and cooking, the mall was only 10 minutes away from the house. First time at a Walmart; and the other great store is La Europea, where you can buy deli items, wine and liqour. There are taxis waiting at the gate if you don't feel like driving, morning, noon and night. We will be back!

Breathtaking! House, views and service 10+

Our group where 6 all Family members was and all sorts of ages from my mother 72 our 3 year old son to, and my brother in-law 24 and his girlfriend, we all had such a great time. The staff at the house is amazing, we had Bertha to cook for us a couple times and her food is incredible, she is super organized and very friendly. Christian help us to pre-organized our activities and take care of or restaurant reservation also arrange a driver to take us clubbing and get us back home safe (bit tipsy, but happy;) The architecture of the villa is amazing, elegant; the furnishings were comfortable and full of art yet not stiff. The semiprivate beach is just steps away from the house we rent some snorkel gear and really enjoy that beach always almost just for us loved not be in the middle of the big hotels and vendors, The Villa itself it is very quiet. The views waking-up, see the water and heard the waves was a real dream come true Loved the hot tub, pool slide, canopy king-size bed by the upper balcony, so upscale and luxury. Zuki & Jimmy thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful house, it was amazing it really is the best.

Wonderful week at the villa

Am writing a belated post about the truly wonderful week we had at the villa in January this year. Zuki was very response and helpful to our many questions, Bertha and Christian more than helpful when we were on site. The villa was not only comfortable and spacious but had everything that we hoped for and more. We were a party of 5 adults and one 3 y/old. Several of the group are serious cooks so the well equipped kitchen enabled some wonderful meals supplemented by the spectacular sunsets every night from both the pool deck and upper balconey. The short walk to the semi private beach was great for snorkelling when we wanted to do something other than enjoy the pool and hot tub at the villa. We had Chef Paco come and cook for us one night which was great and we did a private boat charter for a morning which was fantastic - although that was the one day we did NOT see whales! It is true that to one side of the villa there is another home being constructed but during our week there was not any work being done so we had peace and quiet. Highly recommend this villa and I hope we will be returning (as long as there is no building work!).

Paradise in Cabo

This villa was absolutely wonderful! The views were absolutely stunning and the house itself was beautiful. We enjoyed staying home and embarking on adventures. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff was very helpful. We would love to come back. :)

A wonderful oasis!

Where do we start? We are a family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-14) and we absolutely loved the Jimmy Page Villa (although it does not belong to THAT Jimmy Page). The views were spectacular, the villa was immaculate, the art was beautiful and the beds were amazingly cozy. It has everything you need - Wifi, Dish TV, Subzero refridge, coffee grinder, hot tub, fancy soaps and shampoos, and much more. We had maid service, and it was well worth the extra expense. Every morning she made an amazing traditional Mexican breakfast, and when we returned from the beach the house was spotless. Cab rides were about $15 to downtown Cabo (each way) and Costco and Wal-Mart were only minutes away. There is a great restaurant about 100 yards from the villa called La Monalisa that is amazing -- ESPECIALLY the views at sunset. All in all we give the Jimmy Page Villa (not THAT Jimmy Page) a 5 star rating! We will be back.

The villa was amazing!! It really was!! Memorable time in Cabo

First let me say that we absolutely loved your villa! The layout is amazing and each room a real treat with the private baths and closets! Loved the pool area. We felt so much at home. Our favorite thing was to have Happy Hour on the top deck and watch the sunsets! I have attached one of the amazing ones we got to experience. We loved all the whales we saw from the upper deck too, and there were tons! We loved Chef Paco! He made the most amazing dinner for us, it was a real experience that made our stay even more memorable!!

Jimmy Page is changing

I was so excited to go to Cabo. My traveling companions are very busy people and we were looking forward to a quiet vacation. We were met by Bertha, who was the housekeeper who gave us a tour of the villa and explained how things operated. We had a magnificent view of Lands End and the Arch. It was truly spectacular. Unfortunately if you looked off to the right, a house was being built, about 10 ft away, and it was blocking the view. One of the bedrooms that had a view before construction is now closed in. It is unacceptable for the occupants of this room. We asked the concierge about it, who assured us the construction was in a legal battle or dormant and that we would not be bothered with building We were disappointed nevertheless. Early Monday a.m. a worker show up and started scraping concrete and putting on concrete with a trowel. I called the concierge and he came over and I was told there was nothing he could do. I then emailed the owner and voiced concern. She was very sorry and said she would arrive on Friday to talk to us give us a gift for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, workers showed up everyday. It was hard to get used to them hammering and scraping. They did try to stay down below so we could eat outside, and sunbath without seeing them. The listing was accurate except the owner did not mention the construction. If she is going to rent the place it should be priced accordingly. The amenities were fine, and it was properly maintained and cleaned. The owner is trying to solve our rate situation as I write. We as a group believe that the rental fee was too expensive for the inconvenience of construction when it was not mentioned in the rental info. Cabo is a beautiful place and most of the activities revolve around the water. If you like cold water it is the place for you.The Pacific is always cold. Note, The Jimmy Page Villa pool is not heated. The restaurants are lovely and the people friendly. My group and I went whale watching and we saw many. I highly recommend this activity if you are visiting during the winter months. Finally, my husband voiced concern to Home Away while we were in Cabo about the construction issue. We waited the customary time, no response. Jimmy Page is a an interesting , beautiful villa but the construction detracts and should not be taken lightly when reserving. I feel for the owner of this beauty. The uniqueness of this villa has changed.

Incredible Time in Cabo at Villa Page

Arriving to The Jimmy Page Villa, it was an incredible surprise, because pictures cannot describe the breathtaking views from all over the house, especially when Bertha our housekeeper open the principal door, with a welcome margaritas for all,(as we previously request) and the spectacular view and the villa itself so, incredible. We went to Cabos for our wedding anniversary. (3 couples) The Jimmy Page Villa concierge arranged a car rental for us that we pick –up at the Airport, we had such a VIP treatment, just right there at the car rental company in the airport, make us feel great, and welcome! We had in house amazing Spa services, private yoga classes around the pool area overlooking the arch of Cabo! Our concierge make our life so easy by helping us all of the reservations for Golf, Fishing, Swimming with Dolphins, Horseback riding, diving tour to Cabo Pulmo, Sunset cruise on a very nice sailing boat, Restaurants, Night clubs hopping they took us to Cabo Wabo, Passion, Mandala, Squid Roe, with no waiting lines. The Villa has a perfect location, close enough to Cabo down-town, stores such Costco, wall mart, walking distance restaurants Sunset Da Monalisa, Puerta Vieja, they do have a hot Cuban Band We travel a lot and have stay at many five diamonds resort all over the world, and This Villa fix right in to the same category is Luxury, comfortable, full of art, sculptures, delicious taste on the decoration. All of our expectations where meet and exceed!
