Dear Joaquin, As always it brings a big smile to our faces, when we realize that our number one goal of "doing everything possible to ensure that you and your guests have a most memorable time, one that you will remember all of your lives" is realized. I am also happy that you were able to set future guests minds at ease by telling us that you made it to the property in a Toyota Prius. Although we recommend a 4X4 to all of our guests, we do so in the event they wish to explore around the area, however, as you pointed out, you can get to our property in the smallest vehicle Toyota makes. Dear Anne, We were not aware of the hot water issue. We are addressing this matter as we speak. What concerns me is that you indicate the beds are double, when all mattresses are queens. Although we are happy that we were able to give you a 5 star stay we apologize for any and all speed bumps that you encountered. Dear Ben, We are humbled by your wonderful review of our property and wished you would reached out to us during your stay as we could have avoided a couple of your hiccups. Remember that from the first contact we offer our over ten years traveling to Costa Rica to enhance your stay in any way! Gasoline is sold in Coyote and, the local tour guide we use would have taken you zip lining one hour away rather than the 3 hour drive you took, although it is a beautiful drive to Nosara. We are glad that like many of our guests, you found the property to be better than the photos. We too believe that photos do not do it justice and it makes us proud when our guests tell us so. You said to us that you are planning to return with your entire family which makes us glad we made your stay an enjoyable one and certainly looking forward to having you as our guests once again!!
