Serenity by the Sea is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the third floor of Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach, with sleeping for 6. The community sits directly across from the beach, with a beach access in front of the building about a 2-minute walk away, and the living area and Primary Bedroom balcony both have beach and Gulf views.

The living area has comfortable seating for everyone, and the dining table seats 4, with 2 more seats at the counter beside the kitchen. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and granite countertops, and a full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.

The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, balcony access and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed, and they share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom has a flat-panel TV.

ABOUT BEACHSIDE VILLAS
Beachside Villas is in the Eastern Lake area just off Scenic Highway 30A, with easy access to Seagrove and Seaside. Head east for a burger at The Big Chill, or continue on to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away by bike or car.

Great ocean view and really close to the beach. Just know that the immediate beach access is private so once you are on the sand, you got to walk 100 yards down the beach to set your chairs out.

This place was excellent for our girls trip! It was so cute, clean and stocked well. The location was ideal, the place is second row to the beach, with easy access. The only downfall was its on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Being a senior citizen I paid someone to help us get the heavy luggage to the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re younger and stronger than me. Ha! Ha!

Nice design. Walk to public beach was issue because no bathrooms at Walton Dunes. Also no lifeguard. Maintenance was very responsive when we had an issue with bed frame and tv.

Beautiful property exactly the way it was listed in the pictures match the property however, the only thing that I found was that even though you are only a five minute walk to the beach, you have another five minute, at least walk to the beach where you can actually set up your stuff so even though you’re in close proximity to the beach, make sure that you’re bringing a beach wagon to carry all of your stuff because you have a long way to walk before you can set up your beach stuff on the beach due to the private beaches everywhere.

Whoever designed/decorated this condo has impeccable taste! The color schemes, wallpapers, and little accent touches throughout are exactly what I would have done in my own home. The view of the gulf is perfect and beds were comfy. Typical expected wear and tear on furniture that is normally seen in coastal properties, some rusty spots on outside furniture, cream linen covers on the couch in the living room and cream linen covers on dining room chairs could use a good laundering, there was one rattan type barstool that had a hole in the seat, but again nothing crazy. Both bathrooms are beautiful with marble through both, however they could use a solid deep clean in the grout. My family had a great vacation and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Property manager was quick to respond both before our stay started and during our stay.

Beautiful property and very clean! Loved this condo. Super easy beach access, HOWEVER, be aware that the beach is private and you have to walk .25 mile to the West to be on the public beach. You cannot sit on the private beach. We had to buy chairs for our stay when we thought we could just rent chairs.

Spring Break

This place exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect. Short walk to the beach, short drive or golf cart ride to restaurants and Seaside. The furnishings are first class and it is obvious the condo is professionally decorated. The condo is small but not cramped. The balcony makes all the difference in the world. When we were there we spent most of the time on the balcony. Parking was easy with courtesy spaces available for extra vehicles. Our family travels quite often and we whole heartedly recommend staying here.

Close to the beach, beautiful view and well decorated

The VIEW! You can see the beach from the master bedroom and the living room/ kitchen! This little condo was so close to the beach along with trolly service to an area of the beach where there is a lake and beach to play in. The pool was clean and nice. The condo was redecorated beautifully! Cozy beds, some beach toys included. I had trouble reaching the management when I couldn’t get the lock box to open with the keys in it. I just looked at the wrong code. Also the master bedroom door closed very loudly. Lovely condo. I’d choose it again.

Great time, need to know about public beach distance

We had a great first time at this unit. The view of the beach was represented well and the condition of the unit was immaculate and tidy. Furniture was just right for the size of unit and the high table and higher chairs on the balcony were just right although some of the chairs have some rust on them that might weaken them (one leg bent a little while we were there). Very comfortable beds and nice-sized bathrooms. It's the third floor with no elevator so anyone with mobility issues might need to skip this. The beach areas right by the unit are private so you do need to go west down the beach a couple of football fields in length to get to the Eastern Lake public beach. It's a large beach area near a small lake so we did not have any problems with crowding at all. There is a no-charge shuttle that runs from the Beach Villas to Eastern Lake as well as Walton Dunes, another public beach area nearby. That shuttle REALLY helped out and we could typically call them and have a ride pick us up by the unit within two to five minutes and take us where we wanted to go within their boundaries. Drivers were always available from 9 AM to 4:30 PM all the days we were there. If this unit is available next year at the time we want to return to Seagrove Beach, we'll definitely consider renting it again, given it was a great experience.

Awesome Views

The deck is where we spent all our waking hours when not on the beach. It really was well planned to have a high table and chairs to just enjoy the views with every meal or just sitting and catching up with guests, checking emails, social media or just reading a book. It was so comfortable hanging out after meals and all evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all the meals we enjoyed but the Nespresso milk frother was the winner! It was so nice to have a pantry closet to store all the food and snacks, my favorite feature. The condo was so clean and well appointed. My only complaint was missing a blanket for the comfy beds. It was way too warm with the comforter and not cozy and secure feeling with only a sheet. I wrestled all night to get comfortable. The shower in the master was amazing, I'm missing it now that I'm home. The complex was quiet for the most part and we enjoyed the pickle ball court and corn hole game too. We did experience poor internet and twice had to turn off modem and restart and we're not able to stream without a grainy picture or buffering but hopefully that is addressed and is working better. Our 2 weeks flew by but we loved our time in Serenity By The Sea and are grateful for such a beautiful and clean stay. Our guests loved it too.
