This place was spectacular — beautiful home, perfect location, and an amazing host. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication was easy and seamless. We loved our stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

Mother’s Day Weekend

I had out of town family stay here for a baby shower over the Mother’s Day weekend. The house is beautiful and the access to downtown Gilbert you can’t beat. This location is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much Cameron, the place is stunning!

A wonderful place to stay

My son and I needed a place to stay in Gilbert due to a family emergency. This was a peaceful and perfect place to stay. Very clean, everything in order. Easy to enter when we got there and easy to check out. This is an A place. Thank you Bruce.

So much room and so comfortable!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The house is a 5-minute walk to all the downtown activities, restaurants etc. The home looks smaller from the outside and is huge inside. Also oftentimes in vrbos the furniture is uncomfortable and worn. This was not the case. Everything was a nice quality. I would highly recommend this home. And the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

HORRENDOUS!

Horrendous doesn't even begin to describe this place.Black dog hair all over the comforter in one bedroom, pubic hairs and popcorn in the bed in bedroom #2, & a menstrual stain on the sheets in bedroom #3. Make-up on ALL of the linens. The bathrooms and floors were disgusting throughout. Bathroom tub/shower would not drain properly. Stained carpet and white dog hair on furniture throughout. Something exploded in the microwave and the refrigerator stunk.It was so bad we couldn't even stay there due to how unsanitary it was. Took over a dozen pictures and contacted the owner. He proceeded to tell us he had another property a few miles away that we could stay at. We drove there at 8:30pm and that place wasn't any better. We booked this place 6 months in advance and had 3 families flying in for the Christmas holiday. The owner had plenty of time to make sure his properties were clean. We ended up having to book 3 hotel rooms. Getting a full refund from this owner has been another nightmare. He points the finger to VRBO and VRBO says I need to take it up with him. I'll let the attorneys settle it.

Wonderful place to rest and work. Very clean, and great AC for the warm AZ days. Owner always available via text.

First time to Gilbert

Bruce Ave home was a perfect location to explore Gilbert. Walking distance to all the great restaurants etc in Old Town. The house is gorgeous, spacious, very well equipped. Awesome to have 3 king beds that were also very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive. Loved it!

Lovely place

We had a fantastic stay. We were all blown away by how spacious every room was. From the outside the home doesn't look that big but there was tons of space everywhere inside. Very clean. Everything we needed was available . Very close to downtown, in fact, we walked to dinner and back.

The house was beautiful, clean, and met all of the needs for our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, more than I was expecting. Also, the host was quick to respond when we had a question. I am very pleased.

Great Stay!

If you're looking for a great stay that's close to the action in downtown Gilbert, look no further. The homeowner was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. The house has been recently remodeled and the owner didn't miss a trick. The open floorpan when you enter the home is inviting and well appointed. Each of the bedrooms had a comfortable bed and the master also had a very well sized ensuite bathroom with a HUGE shower. This is the nicest home in the neighborhood and next time we're in Gilbert, we'll be staying there again.

Hi! We are Cameron and Asheli Lam and we are so excited to host you! This home is so close to our heart and even closer to downtown Gilbert. We have lived in Arizona for most of our lives but just recently moved to Utah. However, when we do come back to Arizona this is the home we stay at. So we have made sure this home has everything your family will need for a cozy stay. This home is definitely one of our favorites ,because of all of the things to do and with it being walking distance you will never run out of places to go.
