Soak it all in from your brand-new hot tub or gather inside in two spacious living areas and a full kitchen. Perfect for skiing, hiking a 14er, rafting, or simply enjoying the outdoors, Lake Vista Lodge gives your family space to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories surrounded by epic scenery.

The space
Lake Vista Lodge caught our hearts with its sweeping mountain views and serene 11,000 ft perch — a place to unplug, unwind, and take it all in. Just 23 miles from Breckenridge, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin offers the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and family-friendly comfort.

INSIDE:
Lake Vista Lodge blends classic cabin charm with modern comfort — and plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs, gather in the main living room around the crackling wood-burning fireplace, enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV, or share family meals at the dining table with spectacular mountain views.

Downstairs, cozy up in a second living area with a plush sectional, another Smart TV, and a vintage Pac-Man arcade for retro fun. You’ll also find a dedicated workspace, a peaceful reading nook by the gas stove, a laundry room, and an entryway mudroom — perfect for storing gear after a day outdoors.

The cabin features two spacious primary suites, each with a king bed and cozy, high-quality bedding. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with two twin bunk beds accommodating four. Two full bathrooms (one on each level) ensure plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably.

We’re close to Breckenridge, rafting in Buena Vista, and trails in every direction. The town of Fairplay is 10 minutes away with its mountain charm, ice cream shop, and even a museum replica of a mining town that inspired the South Park animation.

Guests have private access to the entire home.

For your safety and ours, please note that there are four external security cameras located on the property. These cameras are outdoor-only, do not face any interior spaces, and do not compromise guest privacy.

Camera 1: Faces the front of the home

Cameras 3 & 4: Located on the lower deck, facing northeast and southeast

All cameras are active and recording for security and property monitoring purposes.

• We’re at 11,000 ft – it’s part of the magic, but you may feel it if you’re not used to the altitude.

• The road leading up to the house is not paved so an AWD/4WD is required Oct–May. Check the weather ahead of your arrival.

• No parties please – sound really travels up here and we respect our neighbors and the tranquil surroundings.

• Pets are welcome! We do have a $100 fee per pet.
